This hotel is situated just across the promenade from Calis Beach and approximately 4 km from the town centre. There is a regular Dolmus bus service from a stop just 100 m away and an abundance of entertainment venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found in the centre of Fethiye that lies some 6 km away. Transfer to Dalaman airport takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

The hotel comprises a total of 36 rooms of which 2 are apartments. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift and a cafe. In addition, there is a restaurants with an outdoor terrace, a TV room, a laundrette, an ironing room and, on the promenade, an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant, various shops and a hairdresser's salon.
