The ResortQuest at Gulfview II is a comfortable low-rise condominium located near the beach within walking distance of the area's many restaurants. The condominium units have one bedroom and one bath and feature fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers. Laundry facilities are available on each floor. Living rooms have VCR and guests can enjoy complimentary video rentals. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach services during the summer months on the white sand beach only 150 yards away. All of the Destin's areas many attractions are within a short walk or drive. The ResortQuest at Gulfview II - A vacation here is sure to relax and revive. Other Information - Additional facility and reservation fees may vary at the time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information. Very good stay for the price. Right across the street from beach access with beach service. Rooms are a nice size and well furnished. Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept.

Room not ready upon arrival. No sheets for pull out sofa. Mattress cheap and thin. Gulfview blocked by condos in front of our bldg. All pillows had large stains all over them. Yuck! Bring your own! Located across from a beautiful beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided,

while my boy was only 3 months old, although we stayed here twice before we had him, this is the place for kids. it's nice, clean and has two pools. the nice feature of the pools is that both ends of the pool are low water and the middle is the only high part. it had a nice ledge for sitting while watching your kids. we want to go back here - although we see the prices have gone up over years in this area. if we get a great deal before our trip back to the area in two weeks, we will stay again. loved it here. great for kids. also a nice coastline view or if you get the front rooms you have the ocean view - although i heard they were going to build in front of the complex now. not sure they did. will stay again and hopefully soon. the beach is across the street so not far to go for the beach.
