These modern private homes are located on the beautiful Marco Island at the southern tip of West Florida. They are surrounded by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the slower pace of life that Marco Island offers.
Rooms
All homes feature a private swimming pool. The furnishings are of the highest standard and maximum occupancy for all home types is 2 people per bedroom. All are en suite with a shower and bath. Further amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, ironing set as well as a conditioning and central heating. All also come with a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a washing machine.

Key collection and registration will be done at the Rentals in Marco Island office, located on Marco Island at 1378 San Marco Road. Rentals in Marco Island are the rental agents for the holiday homes on Marco Island. Full directions to their office will be given to the guests with the booking confirmation. After-hours collection of the key and directions is from the lock box, located in front of the office.
How to get there
From the Orlando area: locate and join Interstate I-4 West towards Tampa. Exit at junction number 9 and join I-75 South signposted Naples. Drive 259 km and exit at junction 101 signposted State Road 84 and Highway 951. Exit and turn right onto State Road 85. The road merges after a few hundred metres into Collier Boulevard which is County Road 951. Drive for 24 km to the Marco Bridge, once over the bridge drive for 3.5 km until San Marco Road. Here turn left on San Marco Road, drive for 2 km and number 1378 San Marco Road will be on the left. Pull into the car park and go to the pick-up box to collect key and directions to the holiday home.
