Someone else had chosen this resort, as we were staying in a much larger group of friends and family. If I had chosen this resort, I would have been utterly embarrassed. One of the reviews state "We got a room at the back of the hotel so it was surprisingly quiet", goodness knows where they were staying, there were staff dumping rubbish, including glass to the wee hours of the morning and some very, very smelly bins. The pools were nice, the top pool was far better than the lower pool, but with no lift made it almost impossible to visit with small children. Although they did have a basic children's pool as well. The food was AWLFUL, there is no other words for it, thank goodness there was a superb steak bar only 5 minutes walk towards the main high street, I STRONGLY suggest you do not go all-inclusive, you'll be bitterly disappointed. Location was OK, although its a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. The rooms had carpet up them in some 70's style flash back, although clean, most of our balcony fence had rusted and when we saw the glass in the patio doors in one of our friends rooms (wafer thing and likely to break if someone sneezed at it) I was thankful of the carpet we had. If you're aged 17-20 and want to get "bladdered", this hotel would be ideal (expect the lack of night life when compared to other resorts) this hotel is a an OK option. If you have a family, I'd stay else where, Lloret de Mar is a fabulous place and this resort lets it down terribly.

Welcome to Beruit CentralThe hotel was fine and it was what it said on the tin, what it doesn't tell you is that, although it is set up for families, it is a place that no caring parent should take the thier children. The position of the hotel is right in the middle of the English lager lout drinking area. All you could hear on an evening/night was swearing, football songs, fights and bottles smashing. During the night there was a fight in the corridor outside our room things eventually settled down at about 5am.We went to the front desk the next day and after standing in line for an hour we managed to change to a sister hotel more out of town.

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the variety of food was very good. The basic accommodation looked rather dull and in need of refurbishment, we had a silver double, which was adequate. The decor and furnishings looked like something out of Ikea!

Wasn't expecting too much from this hotel before we arrived, but it was completely fine for our needs. It's certainly not the Ritz, but there was nothing in particular wrong with it and i would use it again. We got a room at the back of the hotel so it was surprisingly quiet. Maid service every day, fresh towels as and when needed. we never tried the food there, i am a fussy eater so we eat at the tobago steak house just down the street and a few other places although to be honest the food in Lloret de Mar is not the best... unless your into kebabs or crepes (someone please correct me here - i am a foody and i could not find one decent place to eat!!) in summary, a great place for a short break for all ages (me 31, my girlfriend, 22) with kids well catered for.. recommended.

We knew that we had an economy room but we did not expect it to be so poor. The lightshade was broken and hanging on the bracket. The decor was dreadful. The bathroom was not good and overall we have paid much less in a hostel in Spain or a motel in France and had far superior accommodation. The information on the internet was confusing. It appeared that the resort was north of Lloret and so we thought it was in the country. As it was it was in a busy area. The carpet in the public areas of this part of the "steerage area" was filthy and generally awful.

Hotel staff were very friendly and most of them spoke english. Our original room had two twin beds but our request was a room with a double bed, this was not a problem at all and the staff were very helpful and offered another room. Even though we attended the hotel as a couple we had booked a room which they call the junior suite it is worth paying the little extra, the room was lovely spacious and clean no complaints at all. Food was not fantastic but there are other places to eat in the area. I would attend this hotel again and i would bring the children next time.

-Water came out of the tap in a tiny trickle -The shower was too cold, and operated by a light switch -The television had no volume control, and so was constantly far too loud -The double beds were very nice -Half the food was poor, however half was OK -There was a window in the bathroom which opened into the inside of a wall (wiring and water pipes etc.) -The air conditioning was good and efficient

car parking there cost 14 euros. it was secure but thought the ads should make it clear that car parking was extra.

Firstly the Guitart Central Park is easy to get to from Gerona Airport via Hopa coach,Arriving at the reception was very welcoming my room was a Double and very comfortable, (i usualy find the beds in some hotels quite starchy and hard,) But not the Guitart i had a very relaxing sleep, Breakfast was very filling and nicely cooked with easy table room in the resturant,Reception Staff very helpfull and had time to help me contact the Hopa coach for return times, The location of the Guitart is a nice quiet central area in Lloret de Mar also easy to walk to Beach and town center with plenty of shops near Hotel, For business meetings the Guitart has a nice appeal with a comfortable atmosphear with good ameinaties Spa and Pool,As i travel quite a bit this has my best rating so far and i will be back with a business collegue,

We had 2 rooms in our party - a superior double that was clean and spacious - apart from the leaking and dodgy air con unit that we didn't fancy using. But other than that it was fine with a nice balcony and far enough away from the main complex so it wasn't too noisy. The other room was a basic single in the main complex near the pools and it was a bit noisy at night. Room was very basic but clean and comfortable. No bath plug though! The hotel didn't respond to our request for a replacement so we bought our own in the end!We only stayed B+B which I can't fault. Breakfast good - plenty of choice. The main client base for the hotel was full board - I wouldn't fancy this personally and it made the hotel very busy and noisy during the day. The pools were always crowded - 3 deep in sunbeds and people. This made it virtually impossible to use the pool unless you beat the rush to reserve your sunbed. Not good at all.If all you want is a cheap and cheerful base then I would say it's fine.

had to pay 14 euros a night to park my car and the breakfast buffet was busy and a bit limited otherwise it was a good hotel in the centre of lloret with nice facilities

The Hotel was great value for money and had great facilities. We went in late May so it was not busy and had a great time for the 4 days we were there. There was a downside -- the food. We were BandB basis and found the breakfast to be revlolting , in a hotel with a buffet breakfast there is usually one thing that is edible here there was none. Even the toast condiments were awful. BUT the town itself does have some decent restaurants and supermarkets so not all is lost!

On the down side - Checking in takes a while anyway but at weekends the hotel reception was incredibly busy with coachloads arriving and taking seemingly hours to check in so trying to ask reception any questions etc was nigh on impossible unless you wanted to queue indefinitely - the phone was also not answered! This could have been prevented by them giving us all the relevant information when we checked in about check out times/room safes/how to get in the fridge(!) etc or by providing relevant information in the room itself - there was none at all and the telephone remained a mystery! So ask ask ask when you get there! The hotel claims that the superior gold rooms are four star standard but expect reasonable 3 star and you won't be disappointed. On the plus side, the hotel was clean, well situated for Lloret and although we didn't eat lunch or dinner there, the buffet style food looked reasonable. There were several nice looking pools (bit chilly to go in during our stay in March!) and the rooms were reasonably sized with nice large bathrooms, balconies and comfy beds. All in all we would stay there again because the location is good and the prices very very reasonable. If you book B&B, it costs just 15Euros per person, per night to upgrade to all inclusive when you get there. Two final warnings - your room key gets deactivated on check out day at 10am so if you are a bit late back from breakfast as we were, you end up begging the maid to let you in so that you can get your bags! Also, if you need to leave your suitcase at the hotel due to the time of your flight home, you get given a key to a room to leave it in. This is not supervised by anyone from the hotel so I would recommend having a padlock on your case to be on the safe side - ours were fine without them but better safe than sorry! Hope all this helps!!

THis was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was worse than a youth hostel, the rooms are dirty and shabby the staff most unfriendly... it took over one hour just to check in. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

We stayed in the spa apartments. Only 10 minutes down to Fennels beach and a very nice 30 min walk along the coast to Lloret. There were a lot of steps to climb from the hotel entrance to the appartment - we didnt mind this. The room itself was basic ,no frills ,but well maintained if slightly dated . the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and fine if you didn't rexpect English food. The bus station was a steady 15 mins walk away so it was very easy to catch the frequent. local transport to Barcelona and other local towns. We paid a basic price and were not disappointed - wouldn't do for anyone wanting luxury or pampering.Lloret itself is a very tourist orientated place and we think we would hate it in full season. February was quiet and quite a few shops were shuttered up. hope this helps anyone thinking of taking a holiday here.

Hotel reception staff very friendly. Upgrade of room very simple to achieve and upgraded to gold suite/room for very little extra. Room very impressive, balcony overlooked palm trees and pool area, was large and very clean. Near to all amenities and not too far to walk for beach. All in all, very impressed and would recommend to anybody.
