Convenient, clean, met expectations. not too far off beaten path. Doors are hard to close, had to ask about Wi-Fi & direction to my room, was not voluntarily given. Close-to-room parking is limited. Overall experience was fine. The view is great! I will stay there again when I work in Bradenton. (It saves me an hour of driving each way!).

This location is very close to two nice restaurants and the Outlet Mall.We stayed there about two years ago when it was new. Since then, there is a lot of deferred maintenance, leaks in the ceiling, and it seems cleaning is not a forte. There were pieces of leftover food on the floor, and the carpet was sticky. We will not say there again.

Nothing! The sheets had stains on them and house keeping was pounding on the door at 9 am waking us up. The beds were extremely small and the sheets on one of the beds looked like it had 2 stains on it that wouldn't come out after washing it and housekeeping is banging on the door at 9 am waking us up to clean the room. I've never been in a hotel that housekeeping is banging on the door at 9 am to clean. Very disappointed.

First class accomodations at an economical price. Who knew this hotel was such a gem. The restaurants were within walking distance and the scenery (our room overlooked a lake) was just gorgeous! The staff was very courteous and friendly and took care of our every need with a smile. We will definitely stay at this location every time we are in the Ellenton area.

very old tired facility. Not very professionally run. They gave us a room but we ended up paying $7 more. Blanket on bed had a number of burn holes in it. We would not go back to this place. Giving it 1 star is generous.

The staff at check out was courteous and it was close to our destination. Musty smell, holes in walls, check in was awkward, room doors didn't close. Fair economy hotel for the area. Nice view of the lake (retention pond) until the alligator devoured the baby duck.

Very good value for the money. The room was clean and the lot well-lit. The room was a little small, but that was a minor thing. I would recommend this motel to anyone who just needs a clean, safe place to stay and is on a budget. i have paid more and gotten a lot less. the staff person was helpful. no bad smells or experiences.

The staff accommodated all my requests including outgoing long distance and late check out.. The first staff member who tried to set up my outgoing long distance phone couldn't do it. I had to wait until morning. Clean. Good staff. Attractive. I liked the coffee in the room. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There were local restaurants nearby.
