Close to the Opry, available shuttle, lounge entertainment

Reasonably priced with great amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable; the pool was very family friendly with the depth only going to five foot, great for kids, and with four entrances, including two with solid, shallow steps. The breakfast was satisfactory and the lobby very comfortable. The jacuzzi which is located outside was apparently not able to compete with the cool air temperatures and never got really hot and the control for the jacuzzi is located inside and away from the door, not easily accessible to the jacuzzi patrons. The hotel location is great and there is a free shuttle to the sights in the area. Well worth the price!

My wife and I stayed her from Friday 12/14/07 to Monday 12/17/07. Everything was perfect! We booked this hotel through the AAA website. It was their recommended package deal for Nashville. We paid 217 for three nights! This is a great location if you are going to Nashville. It is very close to the Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills Mall and they have a shuttle to take you there. We rented a car and drove to downtown each day. Rent a car-you will pay a fortune for cab fares. Downtown is easy to drive to, lots of parking, and hotel staff will give you directions. The hotel has a free continental breakfast with LOTS of items. Eat breakfast at the hotel and use that breakfast money toward a nice dinner downtown. All staff members were very friendly! Lots of parking around the hotel. Other hotel options are airport area (I would not advise-too far away) and downtown ( I would not advise-too expensive). Better to stay here, rent a car (ours cost 109 for four days - Budget). I highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed the stay. Shuttle service to Opryland was friendly and prompt. Nightly entertainment The one person int the Lounge on Thur,Fri, and Sat was a nice touch. Will definitely stay there again, I don't care what rating you see for this hotel, I would rate it no less than 3! On everything!

The staff was friendly. The room felt dirty, had to wear my shoes the carpet was so dirty and gross. The location was great, the staff was friendly, but the hotel needs a good cleaning. Felt really dirty and tired. The carpet was so dirty I had to wear my shoes.

This is a good hotel. Very courteous staff. Rooms are large. King bed was uncomfortable. Non-smoking hotel but my room reeked of smoke. . . even after returning home, my clothes and suitcase retained the scent of the room (3 day stay).

Ice and soft drink machines located in hall. very noisy--ice hitting bucket woke me several times. DARK, had to use flashlight to find clothes. requested room on same floor as others we travelled with-NOT. breakfast area too small

we actually only were there to sleep, we were sightseeing most of the time. the interaction we had with the hotel staff was friendly, courteous and effecient. i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be near opryland. my only dissappointment was the distance to downtown Nashville

The Guest House Inn/Suites in Nashville is a great alternative to the Opryland Hotel. The rates are very reasonable and they have hourly shuttles to Gaylord Opryland. It is my hotel stay of choice when I attend conferences at Gaylord Opryland. Most of the shuttle drivers are very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that there were a couple shuttle drivers on my last stay that were not very pleasant and made you feel that you were an inconvenience. The others were great. I will contintue to stay on my future trips to Nashville.

A good value for the money, but lacked a few touches. Lobby much more attractive than our room. Bath towels were small and thin and bedspreads cheap. However, our location was excellent, near Opreyland and within easy walking to several places to eat.

Stayed 3 days at this hotel for a training seminar. Great location, right across street from Opry Hotel, hotel offers shuttle to areas of interest (although they tend to be late, you should definitely call them to confirm pick up times at least twice!), staff very friendly and helpful. Meeting room was roomy and lots of windows, hotel rooms average, but clean. Breakfast area in hotel kept clean and well stocked for complimentary breakfast each morning...bagels, waffles, cereal, pastries. Would stay there again.
