I stayed here twice within a few days and must say I feel I would have done better staying in the motel 6 next door. The pool and hot tub heating element were broken which honestly didnt surprise me with the amount of gross stuff floating in both. The first day there was no tub plug the second time I discovered extra 30 dollar charged for both days and was told it was standard procedure for their system to pending charge it in case you used the phone or bar and should go off in a few days. It is not standard procedure for most motels in fact I have never had one do it before staying here. The toilet seat was yellow in the bathroom and their was paint peeling on the door and bath area. Only plus was you can get a downstairs king size bed for pet rooms but not likely to stay here again.

IWe stayed at this motel for 5 days. The rates have gone down from 69 to 49 since we were there.I had explained that we wanted a quiet upper level room away from families with highly active kids. The reception man talked me into accepting a lower room saying no kids would be above or on either side of us. The next afternoon and for two more days, there were several teams of kids playing soccer in the indoor courtyard to which our room opened onto. There were kids in the rooms on either side of us. The ball was constantly being banged against our room door, wall or window. This went on with the parents sitting there, who claimed that none of their kids were throwing any ball. I complained to the manager, who claimed he had spoken to them several times, but the noise and banging did not stop until they checked out on their 3rd day.I had wanted to move to another room, but my husband felt it was just not worth it to pick up all our belongings, repack and relocate. If I had known there was going to be a tournament, I would have checked out all the motels earlier than I did (3 wks), got a room at one where these teams were not booked, and where there was better security. The rooms were decent enough, although I don?t believe any renovation was done in our room. The bathroom had black mold on the tub and shower curtain. The toilet tank water kept running. The repairperson fixed it, supposedly, but it continued running alternately. The restaurant type was Indian. My husband waited 25 minutes before the manager came by, apologized and finally got him some coffee.

Room was clean andbed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. It was near the interstate, can easily find hotel, but being near the interstate, can hear the trucks go by.

Clean, comfortable room and bed. Although the A/C had been off on a 106 degree day it cooled down nicely within the hour. Staff was terrible. Check-in was slow, there was no clerk for check-out for over 10mins. At breakfast I sat for a total of 20 mins before any staff even showed up in the restaurant. Food was below average. Hottub was out of order as was one of the toilets in the public restroom.

Easy to find. Smelled bad, pillows must be 20 years old. Lobby was fine clean, fresh smell. Bathroom cleaned but old.

Very convenient to Interstate. Location was excellent - just off interstate. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, room was clean, staff was friendly. Had on-site restaurant/bar which was convenient. Hotel was dated but it was probably really something in it's day. I would stay there again.

The price is excellent. There is a restaurant and a bar within the motel; that's a plus for many folks. The popcorn ceiling in the room is very outdated and almost creepy. Also, there are areas in the ceiling and walls that need remodeling. We have stayed at the Guest House Inn twice now. It's great for the price and the on-site restaurant for many travelers. The rooms could use remodeling especially the popcorn ceilings and light fixtures. The desk personnel have always been friendly.

Beds were very comfortable. Did not get the single king I asked, had to take two doubles. Hotel was fairly decent, a little older, but clean, with a friendly staff.

Very clean, accommodating staff. No problems or complaints. After driving almost 400 miles we were relieved to find our motel very clean, with a good shower and good beds.

It had a bed. It took three tries to get us into a room. It was night, I was sick, and the rooms were uninhabitable. I was told the hotel was under new management. It took 20 minutes to get a room but they finally got the paper work done. The first room we were sent to had all the dirty laundry piled on the bed and in corners of the room. We went back and wow! 20 minutes later a second room. We went to the room and it was a storage room for old couches, beds, etc. The thirds room only took 15 minutes to get and I was so impressed. It had a bed and toilet and everything!

Hot tub not filled. Pool not inviting. Maybe in the process or remodeling. Old mattresses piled outside some rooms. Hot tub not filled and pool not very inviting. Good location and good price. I would stay there again.
