Our hotel is conveniently located just minutes from all of the Memphis tourist attractions. We are right at exit 12A from I-240 and I40. We are just a few minutes from the Memphis Zoo, Beale Street and Graceland. Our hotel has a beautiful pool with a courtyard for families to picnic, swim and enjoy the beautiful Memphis weather while they are on vacation. We are surrounded by restaurants including The Waffle House next door to us, right up to a great Sushi and Mexican Restaurant down the street along with several of your favorite fast foods. We serve a continental breakfast in our breakfast area ,which is brightly decorated in a "Jazz" theme.

Ok when we first got in our room we noticed the carpet hadnt been cleaned and I noticed freakin chips in the air conditioner vents! Omg lol ...we checked the beds first thing the sheets seemed to be clean.The things that i would say were worst is the fact the people beside us i guess were living there had kids which stayed up all night and could hear one of them crying up til early in the morning and hear banging on the walls. Our shower was pretty gross we wore flip flops in it lol the water wouldnt drain so we had to call maitenence to come fix it then after that our toilet would not flush the whole time we were there which had to be fixed the shower pipe inside the wall must have had a leak or something because after using it you could see that the wall on the outside was wet! Then they only gave us three towels to use and when we called to ask for more we were told the ladies that come by an do that only come by on tuesdays and saturdays so we ended up going and buying our own. The place sucked big time we were down for the beale street music festival and never ever again will we stay here. There pool didnt have water in it but even if it did I wouldnt dare have set foot in it. This place needs cleaned up big time so dont waste your money.

Room had no chain on door which was dented. Chain link fence around property. NO breakfast buffet (discontinued some months ago). Desk person VERY unfriendly and didn't acknowledge reservation and charged c.c. but was not going to give non smoking room. All taps RAN all night -- wouldn't shut off. This was the MOST disgusting reservation I've ever been involved with, and I make them all the time for my husband (who stay'd there), and his business associates, as well as for us personally. If this is the quality of Orbitz reservations (we often use other sites, it is NOT something to experience, as everything proported - WASN'T! To anyone else out there -- DON'T EVER STAY AT THIS FACILITY.

I'm usually not one to complain but this hotel was absolutely disgusting! We pulled in and it looked pretty decent like in the pictures on here, but it has you fooled! My husband said the front desk looked nice, but it took him FOREVER to check in because the woman didnt know what she was doing. The room that was supposed to be ours (with a king bed) wasn't cleaned. So she gave us a different room but then realized someone was staying in it already so reassigned us one last time. We walked around to our door & i'm not kidding, ALOT of the doors didnt have handles on them...I dont know what was up with that. The pool had seriously about a foot of water in it, possible rain water, and it was bright green. We get to our door, there IS a handle on it thankfully. & we go in... First of all, there is two full beds. NOT what we paid for. & holes all in the covers. Theres a broken really tacky tv stand that looks like its been thru a beating or something. & a tiny tv. Beside that is a random in-table that doesnt match. The "sitting" area that they wrote about is two broken dirty stained chairs by the window. The whole place smells like straight urine. & at this point im just like "ok this is gross but I can deal for just one night for memphis in may." The "vanity" had ONE light bulb in it i kid you not. out of ten sockets. & one of our lamps didnt work so our whole room was lit with the one bulb in the vanity & the one little lamp by the door. I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk for lightbulbs & there was a bug on it. It was very small so i asssumed it was an ant. Not too big of a deal to me. Anyway I just said screw the light bulbs & went over by my husband at the vanity. I realized there were more "ants" on the wall. I showed him & he said there not ants, but ROACHES. I looked closer & was appauled. Then we began to look around closer & realized there are TONS of them. Of all sizes! In the tub, crawling on the floor, on the tables, especially on the wall &
