Superb location, within 100m from Rome Termini which is the hub for all sort of transportation in Rome city centre. Can easily get city tour bus, airport transfer coach and etc. Plenty restaurant surrounding so no worries about food. The apartment type of rooms is perfectly clean and modern.Room is cleaned everyday with new towel provided daily.Bathroom & toilet are ensuited and clean. Bathroom is slightly small but adequate. No worries with hot shower and air-con as everything is working fine. Breakfast is simple. Next to mention is the owner of the unit, Marco.Extremely helpful and considerate person. He will be there for you even if you reach Rome late at night (just need to inform him the detail of your itinerary).Willing to share personal cell phone for easy contact. We were there at 9pm and he was there at the Termini to lead us to the place. So touched.Helping on plan the daily itenerary for Rome sight seeing. Is definately a worth to stay here in Rome.

Pristine accommodation in the centre of RomeThe entire flat has just been renovated so that the bedrooms, ensuites and kitchen facilities are all immaculate. The location is perfect - adjacent to the Termini station (which acts as a hub for the metro and bus system) but sheltered at the back of a courtyard so that the accommodation is very peaceful. Marco, the owner, provides a warm welcome, offering advice for your stay and provides his contact details should there be any problems. Incredible value for money.

Marco was very helpful and friendly, taking the time to meet us and explain the best way to travel around Rome. The accommodation was very close to the train station, which made all areas of Rome very easy to reach. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would use it again. The area, at night, could be off-putting but we felt safe.

Excellent B&B close to Termini stationThe B&B is located metres from Termini station on the 4th floor of a private residential building. We arrived late into Termini station, I called Marco immediately and he came out to greet us on the street and helped carry the luggage. His establishment is very nice, 3 rooms in all. The room we stayed in had a queen size bed with a double pull out sofa. The room was very clean and had plenty of room, only when the sofa bed wasn't in use. There was plenty of room in the wardrobes, and a desk with a small tv and room for a computer (no wi-fi). The bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels. The breakfast room was small but had everything you needed; a fridge, bar style breakfast counter. It is a self serve breakfast with cereals, biscuits and coffee to choose from.Marco is a genuine man, who is very helpful, extremely friendly with a good sense of humor, and very extensive with his information. He helped map out all the sites we should go and see since we were only in Rome for a couple days. I highly advise to contact him before arrival with your flight details and to call him when you have arrived in Rome, so that he can meet you. There is no reception desk as this is a small B&B and is pretty much like a self catering establishment.

Great Location, Great B&BThis was a little gem of a place. The owner Marco, was very friendly and helpful before we even arrived. The location of the guest house is directly across from Termini Station when we got off the Leonardo express. It was very clean and nice. Simply decorated and tasteful, but not opulent and no amenities. The owner helped us to get around Rome and spoke great english. I would stay here again. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring Rome in the short time period we had.

Great fun at the Guest House RomeBooked Guest House Rome on the basis of reviews from previous guests. Contact with Marco was excellent starting from the initial booking through to the departure on the last day. The accommodation was very good, central and relatively easy to find. Kitchen was available all day and provided facilities to both prepare and store food. The advantage of the fifth floor - there is a lift! - is that there was limited noise from the street. There are three rooms in the apartment - twin, double and double with sofa bed. Would recommend the apartment for a trip to Rome.

Highly Recommend Guest House Rome - Marco is the Best! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GUEST HOUSE ROME!! It was the best of the hotels we stayed on our European Journey. Marco – they Host of Guest House Rome really made the difference on our stay. He greeted us when we arrived to welcome us and highlight our accommodations, (which were immaculate) He really went the extra mile and provided us with a map of the city and made recommendations on where to go while we were there, after asking us what we wanted to do. We visited every place he recommended and it was awesome! The location of the hotel is Fantastic – it is within one block of Station Termini – which allows you to use the transportation systems very easily from your arrival from the airport to running around the city by bus or by metro and then of course getting back to the airport. We found this very convenient especially for airport travel. Of course we actually walked every where we went – as it is in an ideal location for walking as well!!! As I mentioned the rooms were immaculate. When you walk in you have a feeling of home with a lovely kitchen which is great to keep the special drinks or foods you love. The building is absolutely charming and it makes you feel like you actually live there, with the open courtyard and picturesque view it couldn’t have been a better experience. I would highly recommend the Guest House Rome Hotel. I’m sure there is more to say – but you just have to go there and see for yourself!

Excellent stay for a reasonable priceWe were looking for a place to stay in Rome that was reasonably priced and centrally located. The Guest house Rome is next to the main train station and has easy access, both bus and train to any of the main tourist destinations. The owner, Marco is extremely helpful and provides great advice. The rooms are located in an apartment building. It is clean, modern and well looked after. Be aware that breakfast is not a typical breakfast but is still sufficient.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a central location and a reasonable price in Rome.

Great Guest HouseThis is a great guest house with only 3 rooms. If you want a hotel with amenities this is not for you but if you are looking for a nice clean convenient guest house this place is terrific. Our bed and pull out couch were both very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and the owner Marco was very nice and help full. The location is excellent. It is only a couple of blocks from the train station. We were a bit worried about the neighborhood near the train station but it was fine and it is only 2 blocks from some very nice hotels where you will pay lots more. We were there for 3 nights with a family of four (including 2 younger kids) and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good valueSuper clean, large room, large bathroom, great shower. Very helpful, excellent english, standard briefing includes sights, good value food and best gelato places throughout town. Make sure you have a phone when you arrive in case the owner is not onsite and you are stuck in the street. Walkable to everywhere, 2min from train station and central sights. Bus stop down the road for those that prefer to take transport. Internet available 24/7 no charge. Breakfast is really a coffee, juice and a pastry at a local cafe. Best value is for couples.

Grazie Roma, grazie MarcoThe bed and breakfast is literally 5 minutes from the bus or trains at the Termini, ideally situated to explore and enjoy Rome. Me and my partner walked everywhere because its all within easy reach. The B & B is run by Marco who had provided us via email prior to our arrival with his phone number for any help or advice needed when in Rome. He was extremely kind and a delight to deal with. I without a doubt recommend Guest House Rome wholeheartedly to all. I'll surely be back to Rome and know where to stay again.Grazie tante Marco!!

Friendly, relaxed and good value for money in an expensive city.We stayed in the triple room with our baby daughter and it was great. Very close to the train and Metro stations, area looks a little dodgy, but, it's fine. The housemaster(Marco) was very kind and helpful when our daughter was sick.

Excellent Clean Accomodation, Close to all tourist hot spots and Termini Station Me and my partner stayed here for Valentines weekend. Guest House Rome is an ideal location, situated right next to Termini Bus Station. It is also very reasonably priced and very clean. Please note the location of the accomodation before you go as we found this quite tricky to find as it is only labled by the door at the entrance. The owner, Marco is so helpful and gave us a full guide and great advice on places to see. I would definately recommend staying here!

Very nice apartment, very clean and modern. Be aware that the apartment is only marked by a name on a bell on the right hand side of the door, and the road is too small to appear on some tourist maps! Termini station area slightly dodgy at night, but great central location. Couldn't ask for more helpful staff, even if in some cases there was a slight language barrier. I would definately stay here again.

We didn't actual meet the host as he's out of town for emergency. We were left to a non-English speaker girl and she is calling to others to help us as she can't use the credit card machine. The host did leave a sorry note for us and his contact number. But we just give up to pay in cash even we almost run out of cash for the last journey (we didn't mention to pay in credit card in advance) Besides this, the rest were fine, room is modern and clean. The facility is well-equipped. But it would be better to have a plate to place soap as we kept kneeling down to get soap while shower. We will still recommend people to stay anyway.

The location of this Guest House is perfect, right across for Termini, the main transport station in Rome. Therefore it is easy to get around the city as ou can access the busses and metro lines at ease. However it is just as easy to walk to most of the attractions in the city for those who want. The owner Marco met us at the stated time, and was a joy to deal with. Supplying us with directions, local information, and his phone number to contact him if we needed any help. The rooms are as described and shown in the photographs. The rooms are great and always kept pristine. The breakfast are basic, but all that is needed for a city break where you'll be out and about eating on the go, while moving from site to site.
