The Guesyhouse Renton was very well located, only minutes to dining, the lake, shopping and the highway. The room was clean and well appointed.

It was hard to find the driveway into the hotel, it was tucked back behind a car dealership and convenient store, you could see the hotel but there was no clearly marked entrance. You have to turn into what looks like an apt parking lot, drive all the way through and at the end is where the hotel begins. Location was what we needed, but the hotel was nothing impressive, it was good for a quick stay but not much more.

guesthouse inn may be in renton, but it is right off the 405 with convenient access to all the seattle area has to offer. the room had obviously been recently refurbished. the hotel staff was friendly. parking was free! this is good to know considering the hotels within the city that i have stayed in charge up to $20 a day for parking on top off your room charge. if you need a place to eat, you have many options nearby such as denny's, mcdonald's, and subway. overall, i was very satisfied with my visit, the price, and the fact that it is located in such a great area right next to beautiful lake washington.

Adequate for the money. Towels were small and scratchy. For the money, this hotel was adequate.

Hotel was clean, very affordable and staff was very helpful. Close to the airport. Would stay there again. We had to go through a restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. Mapquest directions were wrong. Wakeup call was 15 minutes late. This hotel was fairly easy to get to (although map quest directions were wrong and you have to go through a restaurant parking lot to get to it). The staff was very helpful. It was quiet and not too much freeway noise. The airport is close (maybe 10-15 minutes). The room itself was very nice. It was spacious, clean, and inviting. The price was excellent. We were surprised that the hotel was as nice as it was for the price. Would stay there again.

Helpful office staff. Bad location, freeway noise, no coffee cups/w coffee maker, overpriced. Will never stay there again. Great staff, poor quality hotel.
