We stayed at the Guesthouse during the recent Dixieland Jazz festival in Olympia. The hotel was just a short drive from Olympia and Lacey. Even though it was close to the freeway, it was very quiet and very reasonably priced for the amenities. Fridge, microwave, and breakfast was all included. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, also.

Rooms were nice and quiet. The kids loved the pool Breakfast ended an hour before it was printed in the room. The hotel was what I expected as far as quality. I was very disappointed when my family came down for breakfast at 9:05, we were told it ended at 9. She had everything turned off and almost packed away and refused to allow us to eat. In the room the literature provided said breakfast ended at 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends.

The motel was very clean, relatively quiet, an excellent continental breakfast, the pool looked clean, the staff was friendly. Besides having a rock for a mattress, the only other problem was parking. The next door motel had a conference and the participants used up all available parking for our motel. We had to park behind the other motel.

Came to Tumwater to be able to travel North and South and it was very convenient for that. Nice enough hotel for the price however the key card machine broke for two days so the staff had to let you in the room if you lost or did not receive a key yet and the elevator sent an alarm to the fire department and had to be turned off for the night. Breakfast was very small and cramped. Overall the room was very nice, minus the bed which sagged in the middle, with a kitchenette and wired internet (very important with security these days). I would stay there again no problem.

We were not really on a vacation, the December 3rd floods took our home. With 5 kids and 2 dogs it was not fesible to stay at a shelter, so we opted to stay at this hotel. Each and every staff member was wonderful and helped us in every way they could to make our hard time easier. Everytime my husband has to go back to WA for bussiness, we will be staying here!

The Guesthouse was the best rate in the Tumwater area with the facilities we like, pool and hottub and free internet with computer. Both the check-in and check-out was extremely fast, the front desk personnel were cordial and friendly, the room was clean and bright. I was looking for a reasonable rate and a clean room and found that and more at the Guesthouse

My family and I we're traveling to the Seattle area, and stayed at this hotel. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, and recommend it to any family.

It was very nice cause it was right off I-5 and Olympia but you arent in the bustle of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a nice water fall in the lobby. It felt like you were out in the woods when you look out your window but you're only 8 minutes from Olympia and 18 minutes from Ft Lewis. Lots of things to do within an hour drive like Seattle and Mt Rainer. They have a build your own waffle at the breakfast along with some really good cinnamon rolls. Would definitly stay again.

My Husband and I have been staying with you and the hotel for 41/2 years off and on for get away time. and we love it.. we will continue to stay there. it is one of the best comfortable motels to stay in .. we absolutly love it there
