Comfortable bed The lady at the front desk was very helpful and extremely friendly! When we got to out room, the room had not been cleaned and the lady at the front desk got us an equal room right away. She was very nice about everything and had a wonderful personality.

On the plus side the hotel was RIGHT off the expressway ( I-40) in Knoxville. Easy off/Easy on, and near several restaurants. Our non-smoking room was actually non-smoking and had recently had the carpet replaced. The room was fairly clean and simple. It is a motel not hotel so we came in directly from outside. On the downside, the hotel is RIGHT off the expressway and there was alot of traffic noise - a constant hum and growl of traffic driving past. The traffic woke us earlier that we were planning on getting up. Perhaps it would have been a bit quieter on the backside. For the rate - it is a good motel to stay at if you need someplace to crash while driving through. We wouldn't pick it again because of the noise level.

Older hotel, but clean rooms, friendly staff. Great Breakfast-Hot items every day. Nice stop over. Wiill definitely saty again when traveling through the Knoxville Area.

The couple that worked together were great. Nothing. Check in was the fastest I've ever had. The next morning at the breakfast we met that girl’s husband who works there also, they acted as though they knew us forever. Really liked their niceness.

the location is great, right off the freeway so easy to find. wonderful front desk and mgmt staff. the hotel had a FREE hot buffet breakfast, which was great. had plenty of items to choose from and the main thing was that it was free. rooms where very nice , some rooms were renovated, however we didnt recieve one but the room we recieved was good enough. i would tell people to stay here.

Location. Dirty, Smokey smelling non smoking room, poor TV cable sound, no hot water. Dirty exterior, Smokey smelling non smoking room, several cable channels had a loud hum that you could not hear the audio over (known problem by management) and no hot water the morning of check out. Hot water was not fixed before 11:00 check out.

Convenient to shopping and interstate. Rooms opened to the outside. Clean, basic accommodations. Did include a refrigerator.

The lobby, library and eating area was nice. Spider webs in corners, holes in spreads, the room smelled, bathroom was not very clean. Surrounding eating facilities were limited. The view on the backside of the hotel was a gravel pit. I think that this hotel may be more suitable for truckers and one night stays. If you are looking for the comforts away from home you might not want to stay at this location.

Breakfast. Leaks in room, noise from I40. Musty smell in room. Leaks at 4:00 am. Noise from the highway. A total disaster.

Location near to intersecting espressways, shopping areas, etc. Proximity to expressways made it a little too noisy
