staying over night while traveling through state, turned out to not as a pleasant stay. the bed slept good with our pillows helping make it happen. frig didn't freeze ice insert for small cooler.

Great location. One of the hotel employees walked into our room twice with out knocking and never even apologized. There were no fitted sheets put onto the bed. They put flat sheets on the bed and they ended up coming off. One of the hotel employees walked into our room twice and the door was locked. He did not knock or even apologize.

overall look of the establishment was quite rundown and disheveled. the room was small, but the king-sized bed was surprisingly comfortable. my roomie and i had just driven something like 700 miles straight plus a hike up lookout mountain, so we were more than exhausted. the comfy bed was a huge plus. bathroom spotless, albeit tiny. room condition and decor shows signs of wear and tear. the staff was very helpful and friendly. although nearly surrounded on all sides with big highways, it was surprisingly quiet, esp. at night. location is superb, with hundreds (perhaps) restaurants around the vicinity and a huge mall about 2-3 mins away. no pool though. not the best of places i've been to and it could be worse.

This hotel was very average, nothing made it stick out. It was on the corner of two busy streets, but was not loud. You could tell in the non smoking rooms that someone had smoked before. There were no amenities and the breakfast was donuts, cereal, and bagels (no cream cheese) with juice or milk.

The Guest House Inn in Chattanooga,TN is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. The hotel is blocks from the Hamilton Place mall, many retail stores and over 15 great resteraunts. It is a smaller hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in service. The basic King Size room is equipped with a King size bed, a table and 2 chairs, dresser, fridge, and microwave. There is a vanity and sink, closet area and a seperate bathroom.

I have never stayed at such a run down hotel before. I guess I got what I paid for. I will not make that mistake again.

The rooms are nice sized, but not well kept. The area is not the best. Parking is limited. For a few bucks more you can find a better place.

The room was very spacious, but there were roaches, other bugs, and spider webs. It was not a deal for our money. The staff is alright, but there are no extras. It was just fine overall. I would not recommend this hotel.
