Hotel name was different than what I reserved. "Hotel 3737" was not near as nice as the photos on the webpage. You get what you pay for...

The room I stayed in was recently remodeled. Much of the hotel is in disrepair, and the pool was not available. For the price this is worth the stay. However, if you are looking for a nice hotel this isn't it. Even though the room that was recently renovated it had functional problems (not enough outlets, painting was sloppy, the hair dryer had a spliced electrical line.)

they were under construction and did not have anything they said , like a computer room, a pool it was very disapointing

Provided shower and bed Smelled like smoke in the non smoking rooms, mold in shower. Basic hotel, nothing special or super nice. They said they had a shuttle to the airport, but then didn't know anything about it the next morning when I went to catch it to the airport problem! Also, even the non smoking rooms smelled like smoke, and there was mold in the bathroom.

It was good for the price but the A/C did not cool the room and the wireless internet was too slow. For $50 not bad I guess you get what you pay for. The greeter at the front desk was nice and friendly A+ for that, customer service like that is very hard to find these days in modern 21st century rude "it's all about me" america. So again kuddos for that.

Location. The staff admitted they purposely put us in a room that had not been renovated and was barely functional, pipes leaked, no light bulbs in the lamps, no trash cans, water was shut off for several hours etc. It does not encourage you to come back.

the location was convenient to stores and shopping malls also was five to ten minutes away from the airport. The Motel itself was dirty and seem to have all kind of random people walking around inside and outside but the rooms were pretty nice, plenty space, fridge, microwave, and complimentry breakfast.

They had great customer service. One of our two bathrooms had dirty towels and wash clothes on the vanity. I would rate this hotel along the lines of a Super 8 or a Motel 6. It gave the appearance of trying to be a nicer hotel, but they were lacking in several ways.

very poor carpets in hall entry to my room ... dir rty...snags at door ... not clean in room...very run-down condition... room was cold all night,,,shower control did not adjust well --water very hot even when cold side was added.. drain in tub was obviously, very clogged , had water up to top of my ankles from the beginning of shower til far after turning shower off... could not see to shave in bathroom due to cold air+steam from shower coating mirror... bed was comfortable and did sleep well after doubling covers over me ... sorry but was not comfortable accomodations, like it used to be in previous years... not very well maintained over past years !!!!!

Although the hotel was remodeling, it was clean and friendly, would stay again. The remodeling was very obvious and the hotel needed some fixing up. Mostly great staff, the price and location were great for taking my kids to the zoo. Overall it was a great hotel and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

When I arrived by auto, the building sign was a temporary plastic sign and the parking lot was in disarray, the trash containers were uncovered and there were weeds in the flower beds. I went into the lobby and it was in disarray, someone was painting the mezzanine ceiling, no signs were posted, the couches were dirty and ripped. I did not check in.

Housekeeping staff was very nice. We asked for two queen beds. They didn't have queens. Granddaughter's had to sleep on the floor.

The place was filthy. There appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The shower fixture was full of black stuff. My boyfriend had to clean hair and black dirt like stuff off of the drain in order to get the water to go out of the sink. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke, and when we explained that our email confirmation clearly stated we needed non-smoking, the clerk acted all put out thay we had to change our room. One chair in the room for two people.

The room and the breakfastwas decent. The entire hotel was being remodeled while guests were staying.

This hotel didn't even have a name, it was 3737. Did not look at all like they advertise on the internet. Night clerk was not friendly, the room was renovated but there were several things that were not done. The carpet was not vacumed, the sheets were not changed. Bad location, to get into the hotel parking lot we had to cut through the resturant next door. It was filthy and would not recommend this place to anyone. Was dissapointed that Orbitz even listed this place

Where it was located, That it was undergoing major renovations and was extremely dirty and annoying. The service was horrible.

This hotel was dirty and we could tell that our housekeepers were smoking in our "non-smoking" room when they cleaned it. The guys across the hall smoked weed every night and nobody said anything. Although I will say that the staff is very friendly!

My room was clean. Renovations were underway. I would like to return when it is complete. This hotel was actually better than I had been led to believe. Contrary to some reviews, I found my sheets to be clean and new. The towels also clean and new. There were some small aesthetic flaws in the actual construction, but I was only there to sleep. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful. Very polite. Overall it was a wonderful value and I would stay there again. As a young person with not a lot of money. This was far from a roach motel.

this was the worste hotel stay ever, the hotel had been bought out and the name already changed, there was sheetrock, paint, dust, trash, and plastic all over the inside, we got a finished room, even though the paint was only half finished and of course there was prom night and half the rooms were rented to underage teens whom where running and ranting all night and the cops were all over the hotel.

It was close to the airport. The towels were dirty and stained. It was easy to get to, easy check in and the front desk was very nice. The lobby is very nice. Good price for the style of room. Housekeeping needs some work.
