Very outdated hotel. Price doesnt meet the quality and cleanliness.Some rooms were taped closed. We also had to change room twice because of bad smell, not good for your lungs.

We stayed here while we were waiting to PCS. We also stayed when we got to the island. It was right next door to our favorite pool hall, Ball Scratchers, and across the street from our favorite pizza place, Boston Pizza Co. I spent my days at the pool and made some excellent friends. The staff are all so friendly!! But would you expect anything less from such a beautiful place? Loved it!!

It was pretty good except I didn't stay there during the day. I went to see family other than service was very helpful and good and i liked the complimentary breakfast. YUMMY!

This hotel caters largely for the Japanese and Koreans. It provided no help with regard to tours and activities for English-speaking guests. The hotel is very dated and the bathrooms are extremely shabby. The hotel did not meet the standards of a 'Marriott'. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like the ammenities, friendly customer service, and the location. None really. This hotel sits just right off the beach, and the service there is uncountable.

Not a well kept Marriott. Rooms outdated and bathrooms desperately need an upgrade. Food in hotel similar to Denny's. Wait staff nice but really slow and not well educated. Pool area is clean but little chairs and run down surface. Marriott needs to decide if they keep their name on this hotel, and thus spend some money, or change it to a Holiday Inn.

My family & I stayed here twice in the last 2 months and we were very happy. Rooms are updated, clean and attractive. The view is gorgeous! If you want peace, make sure they don't give you a room on the same side as the Pacific Island Club Hotel because their nightly luau is noisy!

My review is too long for the good comments but there are good commens for this hotel, they just are not listed here, sorry.. The Marriott. 1. we had a beach side or beach front??? view from close to the top of the hotel. The view was good but it over looked the pool and recreational area of the hotel next to us and we could see the beach. now this is not bad it's just, the marriott has one pool closes at 6pm. 2. we ordered room service one night. it was great. we received our order pretty fast and all the food was covered in plastic and the food wasn't too bad. but we found a roach running around on the tray which the food was broght to us on. needless to say that was the end of our meal. Called room service and let them know of the problem. they took the food away asap. i already placed it in the hallway. the manager gave us 15% off the cost of the meal. that was the 3nd night there. they told us the bug was from our room and they would spray the room if we asked them too. That was our first sight of a bug since we were in that hotel. I'm not sure the bug was from our room but we didn't have the room sprayed and we never saw a bug again. also, that was the last time we would eat from this hotel. -1 3. that we ordered that room service around 9 or 10pm. around that same time i was trying to use the tv's in-room-movie channel. the instructions on the tv were to push some button to bring up the movie channel's menu. When i pushed the button, it would take us to a screen that looked like we were debugging a computer. after 3 or 4 tries at this, i called the front desk. i explained the problem while trying again so i could explain what i was seening. the person at the front desk was very friendly but coudn't understand the problem. so she said she would send a maintenance person or repair person to our room to help us with the problem. well about 45 min's later we received our room service order and we started eaing our food. still no repair man. we found our bug and r

We stayed here for a little over a week. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a little trouble getting our room made up as we liked sleeping in past 9am, but it was a great holiday! The Marriott is right on the beach and near to downtown yet quieter than the Pacific Islands Club next door. The hotel restaurants are a bit pricey and close a bit early, but we got some great advice from the front desk and found some wonderful local places to eat. They also helped us find some beautiful spots on the Island to see. We would stay there again!

We had a ball at the Guam Marriott Resort and Spa hotel on Tumon Bay. The hotel was very comfortable. As you entered the hotel you could sit in a comfortable chair looking out at the ocean sipping on complimentary tea or lemonade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with an seating area consisting of a chair, ottoman and desk. We would get up in the morning, sit on the deck watching the morning begin, snorkel in the fabulous bay where hundreds of fish would entertain you, then drive around exploring the island. The hotel is near the visitor center and is within walking distance to shops, etc along the bay.

The Marriot Resort and Spa was nice. You could tell however it was old. It was clean, the room was clean . I think they need better ammenities, like a spa by the pool a larger pool bar and a larger and updated gym.
