Nice location close to tube station (South Kensington). Lack in IT-services: WIFI did not work at all and the printer in the lounge had not any ink... The staff did not know "anything about the neighbourhood"

central londonthe room was located on the 5th floor of the hotel. due to this the shower did not work. the ot water was so hot that it could have scalded someone. the breakfast was not very hot and not of great quality. with that said the location was fine and the staff seemed fairly helpful.

The size and facilities of the room were fine, except the matresses were too soft for our preference. The creaking of the floor was annouying. Quality, quantity and variety of the breakfast must be rated excellent for the price category. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel and would recommend to anybody.

We picked this hotel for its location, near the museums and Harods. Location was fine, the rooms are clean and security seemed okay. The staff is multilingual - unfortunately this did not always seem to include English. A few were very helpful, the front desk help was not. Only one person on duty, and refused to call a supevisor when we had a problem. The hotel serves breakfast - always the same. No other restaurant in the hotel, no pool or other entertainment except for a small exercise room.Very near the South Kensington tube station and easy access to busses. There are better hotels in the area for the same money, try to find one of them.

An ok sort of experience

A very good, clean hotel with large rooms and an excellent breakfast. Our only complaint is that they use a "Fresh air" spray which irritates the nose and mucous membrane.

The exterior of this hotel is very impressive. The staff were efficient, courteous and very helpful at all times. It was a pleasure to stay in. Our room was very clean and spacious, only let down was the bath panel looked a bit shoddy and in need of replacement which detracted from the rest of the furnishings. Bed was very comfortable and though the hotel was situated on a busy road, the noise was well subdued by double glazing. Breakfast was excellent. This is an excellent value for money hotel. Staff were also very accomodating by providing a secure luggage room for after checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

One night Stay.Very close to tube station. Reception staff very helpful no problems booking in, infact we were slightly earlier than 2pm and our room was ready. Size of room was fine sheets clean and all one needed for one night. The only thing missing was that there wasn`t any air conditioning, but a fan was provided.

I was able to book this hotel for £69.00 which made it exceptional value for money

Reception staff very very helpful, breakfast excellent, close to museums, buses, tubes, parks, useful to be able to leave bags in secure room to enjoy last day to the full. Woud have expected sky t.v but minor fault.

My StayThe staff here could nt have been more helpful, found us a twin room at short notice. The first twin room was very small and bathroom like a suana.Second time stayed for 3 nights, much better rrom - more space.I would recommend going for breakfast early as at weekends it could not cater for the capacity.

This hotel was 2 minutes from South Kensington Tube, so really handy. Plenty of restaurants around it. The foyer is lovely, but rooms are a bit tired, nothing a bit of paint woudn't cure! Also, extremely hot - had to put a fan on at night (in early March!!). Dread to think what their electric bill is. Breakfast really good. Would stay here again.

We payed nearly £300 pounds for 2 nights which was a saving of over £500. Completely ridiculous. If this hotel was not in London it would be charging £70 a night maximum. Laterooms are in serious danger of going out of business if they continue to allow such ludicrous statements on their website. The first night we were in room 410 which was very shabby. The shower didn't work. The sink was the size of a sheet of A4 paper. The beds were like slabs of concrete, the tv could not be viewed from the beds and there was only 1 small chair. No air con. Carpets ripped. The second night after complaining we were put in room No 1 which had all that one would expect from a £70 a night room but was still shabby. The breakfast was not up to standard. Coffee from a machine, cheap cardboard cornflakes, fruit juice of dubious origin. We didn't make it to the hot plate. Disgraceful and very very disappointing.

The hotel was extremely well located for tube station and access to central london. The hotel itself could have maybe done with a freshen up paint wise.. but nothing to make a big complaint about! Would use it again.

Central London on a budgetThe posted regular price of £400 per room resulted in a high expectation for this hotel. It is clean, the staff are friendly and the tube station is across the road. The decor is very dated, clearly having seen better days, however as a base for seeing london I would recommend it.

extremely comfortable and convinientJust next to South Kensington tube station, easy to find. Reception was helpful and efficient. Our room was ideal and bathroom fine. Breakfast was quite good. Excellent value for money and would definately stay there again.

Location excellent. Wlecome ok but reception areas very stuffy and smelly - old carpet/food etc. Bedroom faded curtains etc but good furniture. Bathroom abysmal, basin plughole remained blocked over the three days, toiletries very bad and shower flooded floor. But good location made it worthwhile
