What are your breakfast options?

Breakfast can be served in-suites (room service) or in the Atrium from 7:00am – 11:00am. Continental is £22, Full English is £30, a la carte is also available. If breakfast is served in the suites rather than the Atrium, a £6 tray charge will apply.

Where can we dine?

In-Suitese dining (room service) is available 24 hours; the Atrium Lounge (offering all day casual dining) is open from 7:00am – 11:00pm. Cuisine is International. Prices for lunch/dinner are around £30 median.

Have you renovated recently?

We are a new property, full opening in April of year 2012. Totally refurbished, brand new product.

What transport is available to get around?

Walking distance to Marble Arch, Hyde Park Corner and Green Park underground. Airport transfers are available on request. We are a stone’s throw away from the boutiques of Mayfair; we are also close to Harrods and Selfridges.

What can I do nearby?

We have partnered with Spa Illuminata to offer our guests in-residence treatments, such as massages or facials. For full use of spa facilities, Spa Illuminata is located just one minute from the property. We also have a 24 hour fitness room on site.

As a family, what are the best things to do?

Hyde Park is adjacent to the property so a leisurely stroll or picnic in summer is a good option for families. There is plenty of shopping, galleries and cinemas in the vicinity as well.

Do you have internet?

Wi-Fi access is complimentary throughout the property (in both guest rooms and communal areas). Wired internet is also available.

Do you provide parking?

Valet Parking is available at a charge of £50. There is also a self-park garage nearby, with a daily rate of £24. There is no on-site parking.

What makes your hotel the best?

Our suites are far larger than the average hotel room (our studios average 44 meters squared, whilst the average hotel is just 27 meters squared). All rooms are en suite, feature a full kitchen, with separate living and dining areas. A welcome pack is placed in each room prior to guest arrival, which includes tea & coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam and mineral water.
