Comfortable and spacious apartments. Positioned well in Sandy Bay. Close to facilities. A little dated on the exterior but nicely done inside.

Handy for eating out in Sandy Bay. A reasonable walk to Hobart. Lovely furniture and plenty of room.

Previous reviews have commented that Grosvenor Apartments were " old fashioned and dark" and I found that comment quite untrue!! The apartment furniture and fittings were sound, appropriate and comfortable with not a sign of plastic to be seen. I would have taken teenagers there and at no time have been concerned about their restraint!! as a separate item there are a couple of suggestions for the management are to include a bench of some sort in the bedrooms to unpack/repack suitcases and check the doona cover closers work - ours didn't !!
