The cleanliness was not up to par. Honestly we were looking for a bargain and "you get what you pay for" totally applies. Although the location was awesome, right smack in the middle of great restaurants, boutiques and adorable neighborhoods, our room was not very clean. Mainly the shower floor was slimy and moldy in the corners and when we asked the room service to clean it we came back from our day on the town and they had'nt. And one night the couple next door had a big fight, no fault of the hotel though, but just to add to the experience....However the parking was great, because in that area it is very hard to find parking so we were happy to be able to just walk around to explore the sights since everything was so close by!

Location, safety, friendliness of staff, fridge/coffeemaker, location. No clock in room? Strange, but I never asked for one either. Friendly family run hotel in amazing neighborhood. Fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer, ding bed, cable TV, all for around $50/night. Super safe and quiet neighborhood. Very clean, except small amounts of mold in shower. But everything else was perfect. Much nicer than I expected for the price.

The room was clean but small, good room for the price. Very friendly after they finally check me in. Only two blocks from lots of shops and restuartants.

Location. Disgusting shower and bathroom.. Beware. This place is a dump. It has potential, but is ran poorly. The shower was so moldy I could not take a shower for two days. The bathroom light did not work,anddesk person was not responsive. I had to hound him about it. I ended up fixing it myself. Unacceptable. The location is good though. I will never go back.

Good location. Bathroom dirty. While the hotel is in a good location and has a fair price, the bathroom was quite dirty with mold growing inside and outside of the shower.

Location. Too warm, mold at bottom of shower door. Over all it was good. Motel doesn't supply wash clothes (but didn't tell us this, request was ignored). Parking was a challenge.

Great for the price! Convenient and best of all, free parking. No air conditioner, but the weather was great, that having the window's open was sufficient.
