I was in town last year and stayed at the Greenwell Inn. I remember how comfortable our stay was and how nice the staff were. Even though I could have stayed much closer to my destination and for a cheaper price I

The hard wood floors. Iwas in a room by kids that were parting. It is a very nice place andI would remand it to anyone its was a very friendly place to stay and a good relaxing place to beI felt very comfortable staying there it was nice andI would stay there again.

The room was comfortable and large enough to work in. There were not enough electrical outlets. The Greenwell Inn is a very nice place for a business person working on the road to stay. The room I was in was spacious enough to be able to spread my papers and maintain an organization.

New decor and had mini refrigerator. No microwave oven. Good value, comfort, and quiet. Offer a 15% coupon for either breakfast or dinner on property, would rather have a simple breakfast.

Mini fridge, cable. AC was broken, mattress on plywood, 2 pillows, hardwood floors, smelled funny. Hotel was clean, AC was broken, room looked cheap and wasn't organized, desk was in front of AC with cords running to wall. I'm glad I was there for a friends wedding and drunk the whole time, room made me want to drink more. Restaurant service was absolutely disgraceful.

The pool was very nice. Standard room has a motel feel i.e outdoor seperate entrances. The hair dryer was broken. Steps and parking lot leading up to the rooms were in need of repair--rusty looking. Staff was nice and the pool was very nice.

Nothing comes to mind. Very unorganized, no carpet, which was kind of ok. We had reserved a king size room and when we checked in and went to the room someone was already in it so they put us in a queen size and quoted us a price and when we checked out we were told a different price, the room was small, the chairs were dirty, there weren't enough towels. Hopefully we will never have to stay here again. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and ended up going across the street. One of our parties had been there for 15 minutes to order coffee until the rest of us arrived and no one ever waited on her and then we waited about 15 more minutes and no one. So we left and as we were leaving someone said I was just going to come to your table. Too late!

Convenient location. AC, ice machine not working, sparse gym. Definitely over-priced and was surprised this had a 3-star rating. Although, the Greenwell looks nice from outside there were problems. AC was not working properly and kept us awake with loud on-off cycle which got too hot before kicking in then got too cold before going off; the gym was just 1 universal, but some parts missing, 1 working bike and 1 working treadmill in the same room as the pool so very humid and oppressive air. Ice machine inoperable and not fixed during our 3-day stay. The front desk staff was not helpful with anything when they were advised of the problems we had with the AC, ice machine or we asked for dining, nearby attractions, etc. This being said since there are not many hotels in Price, Utah the other choices didn't look much better.

The pool area was very clean, and we enjoyed how close it was to our room. The outside of the hotel rooms were dirty and dingy. This hotel was very accommodating, the staff was very friendly, especially at the lounge the bartender was very friendly and polite.

The floors were filthy, they got our feet black when we walked on them. The cleanliness could have been better, especially the floors. The front desk help was friendly
