Unbelievably dirty. When I mentioned this to reception I was told we would would have to pay more if we expected our rooms to be clean! The rooms themselves were very nice and could have left a great impression but the floors were dirty, the fridge had left over spills in it, the walls had marks all over them, the bathroom had a leak, there were watermarks on the bathroom cupboards, a curtain fell off when I opened it and I don't think the carpet had ever been vacuumed. It was such a shame as I would have recommended this place if not for the filth.

The decor was lovely but the rooms were not cleaned to any Australian "4 star" standards: dirty floor, dirty marks on walls including hand prints, liquid spilt on walls, dirty fridge, shower floor was not scrubbed, had not vacuumed in room laundry (laundry powder and half cakes of soap on the floor), bathroom tap leaked all over the floor, bathroom cupboard was water damaged and stained, cobwebs and bird poo on outdoor furniture. We informed the administration person of our concerns, he argued with us and advised us that we would have to pay more if we wanted a clean room! for $160+ we will not be staying there again...

Very dirty suite. Filthy floors, microwave covered in bacon fat, fridge filthy, bathroom floors filthy. King single beds which were so uncomfortable it was better to sleep on the lounge. Single bedding did not fit the beds. Manager was informed and did nothing about it. Stay somewhere else. Country Comfort is just around the corner
