This recently renovated holiday complex features a range of services making guests feel as comfortable as possible. The complex includes a total of 118 studios as well as 154 bungalows with one bedroom and 20 with 2 bedrooms, all of them with 2 storeys. Amongst the hotel's facilities count an excellent buffet restaurant, a pool bar as well as a saloon with satellite TV and Internet access. In addition, there is a small supermarket and a games room, as well as a kids club and playground for younger guests.

For my first trip of this kind, it almost became my last. We had read that the hotel was old and could look "used", that we had to walk over the motorway, on a bridge, to get to the beach, so on that point we can't complain, but here it comes. Here in Denmark it's rated as a 3 whith a la carte buffet and restaurant, we paid for two weeks all inclusive, and i can only say that if that was a la carte i don't wanna see a normal or for that matter a bad, a bad would have food that could walk! The food was cold and the same everyday, and to top it of the paella was leftovers from the entire week, even the rice, the only "news" in it was clams, and again it was cold. The staff was uncaring and rude, all but 2 or 3 of them, and only a few could speak english. We know that the "cleaning"-crew came to our bungalow, but what they did other than make the bed i don't know, coz they for sure didn't clean. Our upstairs toilet broke on our second night and was still broken when we changed hotel after a week. As for creepy crawlies, if you don't like them or even are scared of them, don't go. No on that point we found out that we were truly unlucky, they all came to our bungalow, we were given a spray can to deal with this. During our week there we found out that we as Danes pay as good as double the prize as Brites and the Germans pays a 3rd of what we do. As we changed hotels we got what we paid for, so we will go back, but never ever to Green sea in San Augustin. If you go there anyway, don't pay for all inclusive.
