The worst hotel around. Location is really bad, nothing worse than getting stuck in the rain with a 30 minute walk back to the hotel. Reception try to sell you to their tailor shop friends. Rude reception at best. Security screaming every time you leave or come back to the hotel about renting a motorbike from them. Way over priced, microwaved food and horrible distance from anything worth seeing. Never make the mistake of staying at this trashy motel. No hot water and rooms have bugs. An awful hotel.

The hotel can be rated as Very Good and I enjoyed the stay with my family. Great value for money. We recommend Green Field Hotel to those tourists looking for a clean and nice place to stay with very reasonable fares.

Great service from arrival at hotel. We arrived at 6.30am and was allowed to checkin straight away.Green Field Hotel has the best shower in Vietnam. Very friendly people. Ms. Phan Phuong very very kind. Great food and everything very cheap. Loved every minute of our stay and would definitely stay again. Love Vietnam long time.

A wonderful hotel, I will pay a little extra and stay in a superior room its is beautiful!much better that I thought. That was why I came back again to the same hotel after my first week. The staff was very friendly and gave a very good service to everybody, I have been many places all over the world, but this hotel is the best I ever been on, when I am thinking about, service, cleaning. thank you very much. best regards Lai So

Hotel tried to charge us twice for a tour we had already paid for when we checked out. They also charged us more for a tour than the price printed on the pricelist. They advertise rooms as $22++ instead of quoting the actual price of $26. Plumbing in our room didn't work, shower didn't drain, toilet sometimes wouldn't flush & only cold water shower sometimes. Hotel also took our passports at check-in & refused to return them to us until we checked out. Free cocktails they advertise is a glass of juice with a dash of rocket fuel. Location isn't that great either (fairly far out)

We had two wonderful days here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are well set out. Set menu for breakfast was limited it could be improved a little, that is the only complain, overall it was great.

The hotel is great, we have stayed here before and would return for a short stay. From the time we arrived we were surprised by the friendliness of the staff in all areas. No request was considered to hard and there was always a ready smile. This hotel is within walking distance to the old town. I found booking via their own website value for money. We booked the Deluxe room facing the pool was tasteful and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Four of us stayed at Greenfield in August and it was really nice, clean pool lovely staff, the breakfast was quite good but not superb but the dining there in the evening was quite good for a hotel, tasty food and not over priced, to be honest we would have paid anything as it was so damned humid then we couldn't be bothered going any where else. If you go say hello to sweet Happy Nicky at the front desk, we had a twin room that was very roomy, it had 2 queen beds.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a huge favor. Pick another one. before booking, we asked if they had wifi 24 hours. We were told yes, but as soon as we entered the room it didn't work. No hot water. The phone was broken and when we took it downstairs we were not given another one. The bathroom was smelly and the fixtures old and showed rust in places. The hotel we moved to has a former employee of Green Field and she says she only worked there for a month because of how poorly employees are treated and the cheapness of the owner. Again find another hotel. There are "lots" of great ones here. We are foreigners and we live here. Green Field is horrible!

Our group enjoyed staying here. A clean and nice hotel with really friendly staff. The rooms had mozzie nets, which was great and added a touch of nostalgia. The free cocktails around the pool were relaxing. The hotel is about a 15-20min walk to the old quarter. A relaxing walk, but annoying in the rain (we went in the rainy season though). But it was close to a massage spa, where we had a great and cheap massage and close to a variety of tailors.

Green Field Hotel is a 3-star hotel very conveniently located in the old quarter of Hoi An. It's clean, well-run and very affordable. Our room was comfortable, and had a bathroom en-suitte with Western toilet. Swimming pool is good, motel size. Restaurant serves decent hotel meals. There's free internet in the foyer. It's an easy, flat walk from the hotel to the markets and shops, including some excellent tailors. It's a good "base" for exploring Ha Noi. I'd be quite happy to stay there again.

Accomodation was satisfactory according to our needs; age of travellers...50 - 65 years old.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could include a cerial (Muselli - cornflakes) for those who don't eat eggs. The rooms could be cleaned a little better in relation to those with carpet. Also some maintenance on the rooms eg broken lamps, broken globes, faulty power points). Computers should be up graded as at one point none of the five worked.
