The hotel is awesome. I was traveling with two older teenagers and they thought the pool was too babyish for them. The lobby needed a good dusting, we were on the fourth floor and you could really see the dirt. The boys wished we could have stayed in the Dells for more than one night, so they could go to the "big" waterpark.

We were there for only 1 night and we had so much fun!!!! I have never seen my husband have so much fun. The boys loved it as did I. There are alot of stairs to get to the top of the slides, but the rides down made it worth while. We are already planning our return trip. The only downside was the 10pm closing. When people are on vacation, they expect to be able to enjoy themselves a little later. Great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed at most of the water park hotels/lodges in the Dells area. The Great Wolf was nice but a bit pricey for what you get. No one came to clean our room while we were there. We called when we returned to the lodge to have it cleaned. They only made the beds and restocked the towels. We did complain when checking out. They gave us in Great Wolf Bucks. They could not reimburse us since we booked through Travelocity. That is something to think of when traveling. So we ate at their restaurant before leaving. The food was good. It is in a great area for doing the Dells activites. This time we ventured further so the water park was just a perk. The water park of the lodge was nice. My kids were able to have fun. It isn't as big as some of the others. The room is slightly bigger than some and had a pull out couch. I would not consider it a suite as it was listed as. Over all it was a nice place and we would probably stay again.

We felt we were discriminat against from the first night ,the worst house keeping service ever.comfused and unprofessionals swimming pools employees.after all we felt we were not welcome to this hotel.

Half of the rooms are called "suites", but are actually small hotel rooms with a bunk bed in a little plastic enclosure. 25% of the things in the water park didn't work or won't turned on at any given time. "Wiley's Woods", supposedly a kids play house, was a dusty, non-functioning embarrassment. Also, it is about 100 yds from the interstate, and you can hear it

It was our first time at the hotel. The waterpark was great, very kid friendly place. My only concern was the price, it is too expensive for the amenities. If the weekend prices werent so expensive we would surely go back there once every year, but now, we plan on going once in 5 yrs may be. The place is definetely kid friendly, I liked how kids were running around so free and the place was little isolated from teh crowded atttractions/places in dells. If you can, I would suggest may be check it out on a weekday when the prices are cheaper. The beds werent that great, we felt they were too soft and low quality and I couldnt sleep the 2 nights we were there.

This hotel had great water parks for younger families, however, my teenagers (15 and 17 year olds) wanted more. We wound up spending a lot of time at facilities with go-carts, roller coasters and miniature golf during the day and water activities at our hotel later. The only other problem with water facilities was the 10p close (actually the whole city closes at around 10p). The hotel room was less than average. The mattresses were extremely old and soft. The bathroom was very small. They did have a microwave and refrigerator but that's almost expected. The TV stations were very limited - they had Disney but not CNN or TNT or any the the movie channels. We will go to Wisconsin Dells again but will research more and find a different hotel.

We really love staying at the great wolf. We tried the Kalahari the same week but nothing beats the great wolf.Learned the hard way. The fort inside is great.Alot of stuff to do.The waterpark layout is great and accommodating.Thank you for a great night. Will never go anywhere else to stay. We have gone for 7 yrs now and have watched this place grow it is truely wonderful!!!!

The place is excellent with a superior waterpark. The first night there, however, when the sofabed was pulled out for a night's sleep, there were cracker crumbs and other food particles embedded in it..it had not been changed since the previous occupants used it. Upon notifying the front desk, it was changed the next day.

Great time for all. The lifeguards at the water park were always on point, The staff at the spa were the best. Our only complaint is about the other hotel staff; they could use customer service training. Check in was a very unpleasant ordeal. Even though our room was paid for in advance, and we checked in at the 3 pm time, we waited for a room for almost 2 hours. When we questioned why had it been such a long time, they told us that many rooms were ready and they didn't know why we weren't notified. No one had any answers, including the manager. Our advice, upon check in, tell them that waiting is unacceptable and you want the room you paid for in advance right now. A paid reservation means that they actually reserve a spot for you.

Got to check in early. The Waterpark was nice . Had a few problems with the condo we stayed in. Cookware was gross. There was food stuck on it. When I finally got the pan clean (using my nails, because there was no scouring pad) I quickly realized why there was food stuck to it. The pans were so cheap they were impossible to cook on. Other dishes also dirty. Microwave did not work correctly. Showers in pool area had no hot water. Made it very difficult to wash up before heading home on our last day. I was not that impressed, there are better places to stay in the Dells.

Staff were great, amenities really good, a great attention to safety; the lobby entertainment (the animated show and the storytelling) was a bit lame and not suited to anyone except very small children; we went to make coffee in our room only to find that there was a used coffee bag in the basket. Yuck.

Our family loved the Great WOLF LODGE. I would highly recommend it to both families and couples. The hotel was absolutely immaculate in cleanliness. Our room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant had great food with good portions at the lodge when we ate. The registration staff was extremely fast and friendly at check in. The waterparks were very well staffed with responsible lifeguards. I noticed that all the lifeguards we encountered took their job seriously and there was no horseplay going on. The park also supplies free life jackets for children if wanted or needed. All told we loved this resort and thank the staff for a wonderful family vacation.

I really enjoyed the Great Wolf Lodge. Plenty to do even if you are water logged. I was impressed with how attentive the lifeguards were. Each waterpark had something for every age. The rooms were clean, spacious and equiped with everything you could possibly need. I will definitely recommend this lodge to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. Went after school started so was kind of quiet. We enjoyed the large indoor water park more because of the fact it wasn't that busy. We are in our late 50's so wasn't as embarrassing running around in our bathing suits. The hot tub was great. The room was nice. Would stay there again.

This is a great place to take your family to. The indoor waterpark is great- especially in the off season when it's not as crowded. We had to switch rooms after our first night because we couldn't get hot water in the shower. The front desk staff was very friendly and the second room was fine.

This was my first time to this resort. We loved it. The indoor water park was great. Room was great. The Resturant in the Hotel The Loose Moose was kind of pricey for what they offered, but overall had a great time and will be back next year for 7 days this time.

The Great Wolf has been a favorite for years. With the indoor waterpark, you can still have a good time with inclimate weather. The rooms are nice sized and never seems cramped.

The Great Wolf Lodge is clean, friendly, and safe. Every pool or water feature is maned by competent life guards that are constanly patroling their individual areas looking for swimmers who are in distress. The facility is clean and even at capacity the 100,000 acres of water park is not overcrowded. The food choices run the range from burgers and fries to more healthy selections of grilled chicken and fresh fruit and vegetable dippers, all reasonably priced. I highly reccommend this facility.
