Clean spacious rooms, very nicely decorated, all the nessecities there, just desn't get any better than that. It was my first time to vegas, and I would have been very content just staying there and enjoying the food, cafes, theatre, bowling and gambling just next door (literally a 5 min walk), I am glad it did not have all that becaus then it would have been super crowded much like every other place on the strip.

The location was and accommodations for getting to the strip was extremely poor.

We stayed at the Grandview for a Friday and Saturday night. The rooms were very nice, the bathroom was huge, and the Jetted tub in the room was a great ++. The only thing I didnt really like was the commute to the strip. Its about 7 miles away, but goes by pretty quick because its right off the interstate. I thought it was going to be a little closer than it was, but I guess that is my fault. Also I was asked to attend a meeting for the timeshare, I politely rejected, and they did not push it at all. They do offer show tickets, or a certain amount of money comped if you attend. I asked the desk lady what was the best way to the strip and I also asked her a few other questions about directions and ammenities. She was very polite, and helped me tremendously. If this place was closer to the strip, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, but I would prefer the convenience of being closer.

Not a "HOTEL" as advertised it is a "TIMESHARE" which means there are no hotel amenities as expected. If you want your room cleaned you need to pay an extra 50.00. This establishment is falsly advertising this location with Travelocity as a Hotel. The staff were very uninterested in resolving any complaints. There is inadequite parking for the facility. If you are looking for a "HOTEL" don't stay here!

was very impressed with the rooms. did feel like i was at home. got the two apartment deal and it was two apartments with a main entrance to the double doors. the casino across the street gave me plenty of options of things to do ( movies and bowling) and eat. not too far for the main strip.

Friendly and helpful staff. The suite more than what I expected, very new and clean! Loved It! Their suites are very comfortable and beautiful. More than we expected! Very convenient for a family with kids! everything was great including the staff! Very helpful! We would definitely stay there in the future!

Although the place looks marvelous and exactly as it is in pics, the staff need more training as far as friendliness. As soon as we told them we don't want to attend their sales meetings, their smile disappeared and they almost shove the paper works to us while the other customers who did agree to attend were offered more info and were treated a lot better than us. The two room apt was great for us and another family who came with us. It was great to have doors separating the bedroom from the rest especially when we cooked our breakfast, our clothes didn't smell the food we ate. The place was clean. My other complaint was there was no curtain to block the sunlight in the bedroom (wood blind were not as good as curtain) while they put one in the living room. The parking was limited and although it said 4:00 p.m. check-out on this website, the hotel said 10:00 a.m. and can't be changed. The wall were paper thin like it said in one review. We were awaken by the sound of the jacuzzi tub at 6:00 a.m. I would definitely stay here if another family will join us, but if not, I would stay somewhere else.

We loved the Grandview! The beds were very comfy, the Jacuzzi tub was very nice for soaking, we enjoyed having a separate bedroom from the kids, the grounds were very clean and nicely landscaped, check-in was pleasant (even though my name was not on the computer, the agent quickly resolved the issue), and we were not harrassed in any way about the timeshare. Having South Coast Casino across the street was perfect, and we loved the food and the equestrian center there. It was 10 minutes max from the Strip, bus stop was on the corner, and the parking was free. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel staff friendly. We went to the sale timeshare presentation to get discounted show tickets. The staff told us that sitting was great, but when we turned in our voucher at the box office, the sits was at the very top right corner of the theater. The box office only has that corner reserve for the Grandview vouchers. Be careful and check with the box office before committing your time and money for discounted tickets. The sale pitch is long winded. Orbitz confirmed reservation receipt gave the wrong check in and out time. It was reversed.

Perfect place for vacation. New rooms with a good design. Friends took us there for vacation in their timeshare. We loved it so much, that we bought a timeshare there too. The facility is great, nice and quiet. The personnel is very friendly when you speak to them in person. I had a small problem with the receptionist over the phone, i asked a simple question about a dry cleaners around. At first she was busy to help me but then she gave me a phone number for a dry cleaners a couple of miles away. I just looked around on there was one a couple of blocks north on the strip. Other than that everything was perfect.

We were very impressed by the apartment. This is a condo/timeshare. We were asked if we wanted attend a presentation for free show tickets, we declined and were not pressured. It is a bit off the strip, but we had a car anyway. Definitely worth the money. Definintely will stay here again. Beats a regular hotel room anyday.

We loved the rooms and the location. We wanted to share a suite with our married daughter and son-in-law, and for that it was perfect. We each had our own space , but you could still leave the front door open and have privacy from everyone else. Three problems... Dirty tile floors (walking barefoot in room left you with very dirty feet), parking was awful, and check out needs a much better system... Over the phone check out was fine, it was the elevator and parking problem that made it a long wait to get all our stuff out of the room. There is no luggage carts available either. There was just to many people trying to leave at once for a 10:00 am check out. My son-in-law was willing to use the stairway, but it was locked at the first floor. We would probably stay there again, but this time during the week. South Point Casino next door was a beauitful casino. Check in was very well done. Pool was nice, but a lot of kids, which is fine if you're bringing young children with you. Room was beautifully decorated and clean (except tile floor).

The suites were extremely clean and beautiful. The walls were thin. We could hear the neighbors clearly. Beautiful new Timeshare complex with one and two bedroom units. The rooms were fully equipped including a washer and dryer, king size bed, jacuzzi tub, shower, full kitchen, beautifully decorated and pleasant to be in.

Stayed at Grandview & attended convention at Southpoint across street; great bargain especially if you need 2 rooms as they are seperated by hallway & offer privacy; paid less for 1600' suite than for rooms at hotels nearby
