From the very beginning it was a disaster. I booked it through Orbitz which was a big mistake. No one wanted to help you do anything because of that. I had to check in at the Boardwalk, which no one told me, I waited an hour in line at the grandview and was told they couldn't help me because I booked it through Orbitz and that they had problems with Orbitz all the time. They never tell the people everything. I was traveling with a 10 month old baby and we never got into the room until almost 7 pm when the check in time was 4 o'clock, which is too late anyway. So the first day we got to do nothing but paid for a whole day. The floors were not clean. my granddaughter was filthy after crawling on the floor for just a few minutes. We were told we would have umbrellas and chairs on the beach but because we booked through Orbitz we had to pay for them. $30.00 per day. The pool was too small, didn't look anything like the pictures. Not enough parking space, always had to go across the street, everynight was noisy with drunks screaming on the floor we were on. Not family friendly at all. I will never stay there ever again and will never book anything else through Orbitz. Thanks for ruining my family vacation. Also had to pay $16.00 for a parking pass. What a rip off.

This is our second stay at Grandview. We absolutely love it. Will always stay there as long as the price stays affordable. The parking is the biggest problem but not an issue when you get into that fine place.

The carpet was filthy. The dryer worked; but not efficiently. A replacement is needed. One of the three balcony chairs was broken and couldn't be used. The security measures for entering after hours to the condo and at the pool area were most of the time compromised and not in place. For the price we paid, the luxury was not there.

Beautiful room with adequate parking. There were some housekeeping issues, sand on the coach, pieces of trash under the coach, however this was an extremely high turnover season. These flaws would not have stood out had everything else not been so emaculate. The only complaint was at check in we were only issued 1 key and were told they would send the other up when they received them from housekeeping which we never received.

When I arrived to check in, our room was not ready and they advised me it would be 1hr. and 30 minutes., I left and returned and hour and 30 minutes and it still was not ready, I then, left went to the grocery store came back and it still wasnt ready. My patience was running low...they kept putting me off and finally they put in another room. Why they didnt do that in the first place I dont know.

The accommodations at the Grandview were very good. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and our grandson enjoyed his own bedroom with a day bed and TV. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Sunsets were beautiful. I would highly reccomend this for couples, families, or anyone wanting condo type lodging.

We enjoyed our stay at Grandview. The hotel density was a plus. Only 45 rooms on 10 floors. We hardly seen any other guests during our 2 day stay.
