Whip up a meal in the beautiful gourmet kitchens, equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. The enormous Gulf front balconies offer the perfect vantage point for taking in the sunset or gazing at the waves. After a long day at the beach, relax in the garden tub located in the master bathroom. As if the rooms and the view were not enough, every unit comes with complimentary seasonal beach service daily. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If guest does not meet age requirement then guest will not be permitted to go further onto property. Guests will also be asked to pay cleaning fee and security deposit before room keys will be given out. Please note the following fees due at check-in-Cleaning fee- 3 bedroom USD 135.14, 2 bedroom- USD 106.99 Registration fee USD 16.89 Security deposit- there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Minimum check-in age is 25. If guest does not meet age requirement then guest will not be permitted onto property. Guests will also be asked to pay cleaning fee and security deposit before room keys are given out. If the front desk is closed upon arrival then go up to the front desk and there will be lock boxes, a phone, and phone number.
