This hotel is a wonderful place with spectacular views. It is by itself up on a mountain, away from the "touristy area" at the bottom of the mountain. There is a free shuttle that will take you to the "touristy" area if that's your preference for dining/shopping. There is not alot of dining in the area. BUT this hotel has the most phenominal views, and a supurb restaurant - the best meal of our vacation. It was pricy, but not unexpected, when we saw the 3-sided mountain range view, with the valley/river below. The service was wonderful, the presentation, awesome. Our room was a nice, clean, decent room (parking lot view) - but anywhere in the main hotel lobby - the bar, lounge or restaurant area - you have wonderful views - everywhere! I'd stay here again, and pay for a room with a view. WOW!!
