Grand View is located in a very good location and easy to get to and from shopping. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Restaurant was excellent. The beds were hard! None of us had a good nights sleep!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for your money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was easy to find and close to several restaurants. The only drawback was the hotel restaurant was closed the two days we were there. EXCELLENT!!

Location. Short staff- had to get my own extra towels and pillows. The front entrance was nice and guy at front was nice. Very disappointed as well as my son that the pool was shut down for maintenance. Decent rooms, not a real comfy bed but OK, nice view. Nice that it had a microwave and refrigerator, but would have liked a DVD player for my son & I to watch movies. Bathroom was clean, although only shampoo was provided. So over all a decent place.

Grandview started out as a new awesome alternative to staying all the way in Anchorage, but now it has gone downhill. No Continental Breakfast, Unfriendly Nite Staff, Cleanliness overall & pool upkeep.

It was clean. Room was too hot, barking dog, and hard bed. Didn't sleep at all due to the room being too hot, a light flashing on and off through the window, a dog barking outside, my son falling off the sofa (the hide-a-bed was uncomfortable), then my son kicking me when I put him in the queen bed with me.

This Hotel is wonderful, Great Atmosphere. I enjoied my stay so much. The Staff at the desk went out of her way to make our stay there exceptional. I'd recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Room was clean hotel was close to where we needed to go, lobby coffee was very good and always available! Food service was not available when we needed it. Nice rooms, the view from our window was beautiful, location was close to where we needed to be and shopping. Bedding could be softer and need 4 pillows instead of 2. Lobby coffee was very good and always available.

The location was perfect for what we were doing. I thought it was great. The people were friendly, the room was great and there was plenty of parking for a boat.

Location is ideal. The bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable. I felt the hotel was a good, however, I would look for a room that would include a pet and upon getting to the hotel they stuck me in a room that was very uncomfortable. The bed was rock hard. They didn't try to remedy the situation at all.
