Although the knowledge of English can be better; the staff was very kindly. Good value for money-hotel. We traveled by train from Beijing; stayed one night and traveled by train to Shanghai. We could easily handle our own luggage, because the hotel is only 2 minutes walk from train-station. By public bus to Terra-cotta-army.

I was really just so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Clean, great english speaking staff, safe and TV in the room. A block from the train station and an hourly airport shuttle service out back. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room was spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was terrific. Next time I plan my trip to Xi'an I would diffinately book again.

This is an excellent place to stay. Right int he middle of the Xian city. The staff were very helpful and most welcoming. I would galdly stay there if I had to visit xian again.
