The hotel was very good, comfortable, the beach was very beatiful, the staff was great, always very helpful and attentive. Since the hotel was being remodeled, I am unable to comment on the exercise room, gift shop, or other services. Not a ery large selection for dinning.

There were not many guests and it was really quite. It was in the middle of nowhere. It was every secluded. It to a while to get to it and go anywhere else. It was nice. The room service was okay but very expensive. It was secluded and seemed vacant. Had to call the front desk to turn on the phones and cable, I guess because they dont get many bookings

We have just returned from 12 days at this facility. It is very isolated and the beach if the best on the island. When we first arrived there were a total of 20 of the 400 rooms rented. When we asked to be upgraded to a room with a balcomy we were told that they did not have any rooms with a balcony left (Over half of the 200 rooms have balconies.) Our water had to be run for 30 minutes to get a hot bath/shower. For the first 5 days the menu was limited to 6 items and every dinner they were out of one of those six items. The breakfast was either continental($10) or hot ($15) and the friendly staff brought it to your table. On Monday, February 9th more people started coming and we found out that the cricket teams from the West Indies and UK were going to be staying at our resort. The dinner menu tripled in size and breakfast became a buffet for the same price. The hot water situation improved, but not completely. The bars and gift shop were then opened (they were not for the 5 days before that). The nurse was finally showing up for her office hours. Getting into town and better dinning options was only available by taxi and that was $20 each way. We were picked us up at the hotel for each of the tours we booked, but if we wanted to go on our own we had to rent a car for $70 a day (a 4X4 is recommended). Catamarans tours stopped at this beach for their beach time, since it was such and excellent beach. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. If management changes we would definitly go back.

the hotel is located in a nice secluded area. the hotel is not bad looking. The staff are horrible, especially this horrible woman, her name started with an A, but i dont remember her. She was so rude i was surprised they had not yet fired her. The food was terrible, you could only pick from like four different dishes. When it comes down to it, it was horrible, and if i had known better i would not have even gone. Stay Away!

I only spent one night in this hotel and felt as though i was ripped off. they only had one open restaurant which was really expensive. Only one elevator worked and it keep skipping my floor. The building looked run down and needs a lot of fixing. My shower did not have an pressure and i had to wait for maintence to come fix it. The only nice thing is the view from the rooms. I am definitely going to pay a more next time to stay at a better quality place!

I would not recommend staying at this resort. Very empty (for a reason). Many items such as the beach bar and grill and casino were not open. Rooms in serious needs of updating.

This resort has major problems. Service was horrible. Beach grill not open. Drinks were poor. For an AI, a suprising lack of food availability. I would not stay here.
