I had a 7 days journey with my wife. Ideal for snorkeling. I had a great time, the location is fantastic, the garden is mature, with wonderful trees, many flowers and great lawn. It's obvious they give much attention on taking care of it. The staff is very friendly and polite, also efficient in completing their jobs. However I have some remarks to make. On my opinion, the rooms and lobby are not 5 star standard. Although is quite new (4 years) the furniture in the rooms seems old and somehow degraded. Also the leather sofas all over the places in the resort are degraded. In many places, the ceramic floors are broken, and parts of the buildings have small cracks or dirt that give an appearance of degradation. The swimming pool, although the water was clean, had some dirt on the bottom every day of my journey. The breakfast was OK, but the lunch and dinner suffered of lack of diversity on the main courses. (especially at lunch). Too many Egyptian traditional meals, very little BBQ's. Also I think is unacceptable not to have a free glass of water on the table at lunch and dinner. It seems to me a little tricky, to charge me only 3E /day /person for lunch and then make me pay another 3E for a bottle of water. The Full Board doesn't worth ! Better take breakfast only. They should study their competition in Turkey or China (Sanya). In Turkey the meal in 5 star hotels is excellent, in Sanya in every 5 star hotel, the preoccupation for perfection is obvious. The internet facility is very expensive. (20$/ 40min) The free shuttle that takes you in the center, has inadequate schedule. Forces you to take taxi. No taxi driver wants to use the tax counter, and try to take you more than twice the normal price. Don't pay more than 30 Egyptian pound up to the center. The hotel has their own cars that charges you about 55 pounds.

I was there for 5 nights. I had a very great time the hotel is outstanding, the staff is very good I felt like haven i really liked the diving club. I really want to come back soon

Me and my family (husband & 2 teenage daughters) stayed here for 6 nights. We had the most wonderful time, the staff couldn't do enough for us and were very pleasant and helpful always smiling.The buffet breakfast has a huge variety to cater for all tastes.The restaurants were very nice with a good variety. I would definately come back hopefully soon....
