we walked the entire strip of stores in Gatlinburg checking out what we wanted to do the next day...ate in town at Brass Lantern - very good....we rode the Sky Lift and that was great view...rode the trolly to Pigeon Forge instead of driving and shopped stores there, too

I liked that I was able to find this hotel in such a short notice. It served the purpose. I found everything sufficient and a great price, so I had extra money to leave a tip for the person who cleans the room. I have read the reviews that people have written and if it is true what they said I feel their pain but other then that my wife and I were very comfortable and pleased.

The hotel was to have a Hot Tub it did not. When we got there the room that we ordered was still in use, they did give a different room but not with a hottub, then we found out later there was no hottubs at all. Plus I killed alot of roaches in this room. Bottom line we will not use this hotel again.

Close to all attractions, but quiet and peaceful. The pool was a little too cold for evening swimming. We enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfortable room and pet friendly. My family plans to stay here on future trips to Gatlinburg.

The hotel room was filthy. We found zip lock bags and half eaten food under the bed. The key to the room was an old medal key that took 10 minutes to unlock and you couldn't lock the door from the inside. You had to use a chain lock. We were only given two towels and when requesting more were not given any.

the hotel was nice the pool was great and i liked that it was shaped in a 4 leaf clover and located on the same road that we had to be on to check in at our cabin but we will NEVER book off ORBITZ again because an extra $20 was charged just to book it through them...thanks to the lady at check in we fount out how they say they are the cheapest but actually are not..our hotel total was $40.00 but through orbitz it was $65.05...we got the hotel bussiness card so next time we will call directly through them and book it instead of orbitz or whatever else

It was close to the national park. We had no towels, but they did give us 6 wash clothes.

The staff were friendly, the pool was great. The rooms were a little shabby and not terribly clean but the location and price were great. I'd go there again.

Location, min traffic. Plug-ins loose, Bed was held up by a phone book. I had a lot of hassle checking into the hotel. I reserved a King Bed room. I received a two queen bed room. I was told another customer stayed an extra night and I could have the King the next day. Needless to say I never spent the night in the King room. I was on a romantic get away. Towels were never resupplied correctly. Continental Breakfast was offered according to a sign, but there was never any breakfast. This hotel is very low quality.

They say you get what you pay for. This is true, however, this hotel was so much more than what I paid for. My room was spotless and had a great view. I was happily surprised to have a balcony and two queen size beds. The price of my room was the cheapest I have ever found anywhere. And as far as hotels go, I have paid more money for a hotel of much lesser quality, service and care. The location is perfectly nestled in Gatlinburg and offers a safe environment.

The hotel wasn't to bad, it had a smell but febrezze took care of it. it was a lot older than what the picture made it seem. Just not what I expected.

This hotel was much cheaper than others, and there are reasons for that. The layout is bizarre, the amenities are limited, the parking is poor, and no breakfast is provided. Still, you don't get what you don't pay for; the place is clean and adequate, which is all you can really insist upon in low-price lodging.

After spending the day hiking in the Smokies, we checked in at about 7PM. The room was clean and in good repair, everything worked well, even had a ceiling fan and balcony. Several restaurants with in walking distance. Good room for the price, but if you are looking for a romantic getaway, you may want to choose something a bit nicer.
