I went for peace and relaxation and received just that.

It was located close to the family that I was visiting.

The Grand Park Inn has a lovely lobby and those behind the counter were very pleasant and friendly. My husband was there on business, so we were simply looking for a decent (inexpensive) place to sleep. Our room was good-sized and had a larger-than-dorm-room refrigerator. The mattress was hard, but comfortable enough. Cable TV is provided, but no channel listing was available. Our room was on the 2nd floor in the back (not facing the freeway). Access was from the outside - no inside hallway. The windows don't open, so no fresh air, but the air conditioner / heater worked well. Bath towels are small and thin - really not a whole lot larger than a hand-towel. However, I asked, and received, extra towels. The swimming pool is clean. The chairs around the pool are miserably uncomfortable - hard plastic. Coffee is provided in the hotel lobby. Breakfast is coffee and individually wrapped sweet rolls - like the kind you would get from a vending machine. That's it - coffee and rolls. We paid 55 / night so didn't expect many amenities. Lots of parking available. Charge of 3.00 / day for internet service. There is a small stripmall across the street where you can get any groceries / sundries you may need. We would stay here again for business, but cannot recommend this as a great place to stay if on vacation.

Accessible to the freeway and close to shopping center. The street is not quite safe, I feel someone is watching out there. After you have been driving many hours, you want to rest and get comfortable but you see things on the floor like candy rapper.

It was a short trip to anywhere - convenient location. Dirty. Someone needs to learn how to claen the floor of the rooms - after walking in barefeet only 10 min they turn black as a tire. There was also hair in the bed and nothing was cleaned properly. The area was visibly high crime but convenient in location.

Absolutely nothing. Everything. I did not stay in this establishment nor will i ever and i will also inform many compaies and friend that i have that rely on travel for their business about this hotel and will also not reccomend that they ever use your company again.

Poor condition, small/thin towels and AC noise.

Didn't like this hotel at all. Bad neighborhood, illegal activity, didn't feel safe. I was very disappointed. It was in a bad neighborhood. Police sirens all night. People up and down the hall at all hours. Worn out rooms. uncomfortable beds. Hardly what I expected. This hotel shouldn't be on your service.

Don't really know of anything that I liked about this hotel. Keys didn't work, had to pay extra for wireless internet. Lower scale establisment, cleanliness was borderline at best, pool was murky, very noisy neighborhood.

There was no good thing about this hotel. Coffee was given on name of free continental breakfast. No Iron and Iron board was provided. Toilteries were always short in supply. Parking and side walk were always dirty and smelling.

Proximity to the freewaycannot be denied. We were very dissappointed in the quality of this hotel. Take it off your list. We pleased at this hotel's access to the freeway, but the pleasure stopped there. The hotel was very run down and the continual high pitched noise from the plumbing persisted even after we had our room changed.

Nothing. Hotel was dirty with poor quality towels and bed linens. Upon check in, I noticed that the rate that I payed was still more than the listed price. The rooms were very to adjust to. The linens were old along with the towels.

The location was convenient and the jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. The hotel seems a little aged and needs a makeover. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the highway and has nice jacuzzi rooms. The wireless internet access is fast and reliable.

Absolutely nothing. Filthy, loud, smelled bad, nothing worked, unsafe area. This hotel is run down unclean and in an unsafe area. The lights didn't work, there was graffiti carved in the toilet seat, bathroom doors, walls, etc. The sheets smelled of smoke though I requested a non smoking room. Electrical outlets were either missing or falling out of the wall. The soap was old and cracked in pieces, the shampoo and conditioner were opened. I was afraid to bath my son due to the unseemliness. It was awful. I could go in - but I think you get my point.

Close to where we went to an auction. Had refrigerator. Not located in the best of areas. This was selected as a second choice for our trip. This is a very basic motel - that it has a refrigerator was its best point. A/C performance was mediocre. Staff was adequate. Pictures of pool made it look nice sized, turned out to be quite small and not very clean.

It was clean, near the freeway and free car park. Toilet had some problems, the soap they provided was harden (meaning old), no maps for travelers. Good only for travelers who is stopping by for a day. Not a place for honey moon or staying for a few days. Overall I rate it average.
Date of Stay:

Nothing. Cleanliness safety. This hotel was not a 2 star its location and safety was something we worried overnight with our children!
Date of Stay:

Close to target. Price, charged extra for 2 beds. Did not get the room I expected for the price. Had to pay extra for a room with 2 beds. The Inn was old and lighting was bad. Will not go back.
