We stayed for 5 nights. The location is execellent - within walking distance of hawkers food entres, Clarke Quay, Raffles City and the Esplanade. The room rates presently (April-May09) is good value for money. I would definitely come back to stay again.

We have stayed many times at this hotel as we like the "boutique" feel when compared with mega hotels. The breakfasts are great and the dining ambience is very good.

I stayed for three nights after a cruise. This hotel was a good choice. Clean, comfortable, great bed, good location, welcoming staff.Pluses: Location, easy to walk to the subway, lots of shopping and food in the area, money changer and 7-11 convenience store across the street.Suggestion: Be sure to book your room with breakfast. Hotel food is VERY expensive. They have a nice breakfast buffet which I included in my reservation.

All round 5 star hotel, that can be bought for 3 star prices on rate to go. Highly recommend. Good rooms and facilities. Have now stayed 3 times and will return

In the bathrooms there is NO power point, the only one is in the room for the coffee making and without a mirror. Not good for men who use electric shavers

The room is not too bad. And the location is good. My check in was a quick one and the staff are friendly and patient. But i think they should upgrade their TVs to flat screen or LCD to make the room more spacious. And the toiletries provided are insufficient.

We liked the central location. A few minutes away from MRT, malls and eating places. The service is efficient and the breakfast is reasonable. Price is a bit high and you need to bring along the street address as not all cab drivers knows the name as they had changed names a couple of times.

Apart from minor electrical problems (kettle didn't work, and had to remove room card to switch off main light), hard to find fault. Very well placed for Clarke Quays, Raffles (which struck us as being over-rated) and shops. Well appointed and reasonably spacious room, great shower, comfortable bed, very little street noise. Good value for a hotel of this class in such a location.

The hotel is not worth price I paid. The staff are not very friendly, rooms are small. Only consolation was the clean car park, and it was free with the room. I would stay in Carlton for the same price.

Very nice, medium sized rooms. Staff at reception are excellent. Great location, about one and a half blocks from City Hall MRT station.

Upgraded Deluxe Room was surprisingly small but clean. Water flow whether for shower or cleaning were controlled and so a bit annoying. Staff were friendly and location not so bad. Good place to stay if you are in a hurry.

I did have a rates to go discount rate so with this rate i would say the hotel was excellent. Great room. Close to the park through which I walked to the CBD and shopping districts. Facilities in room were excellent especially as I was working and needed to stay in my room. Pool great also which is usually what I'm looking for on a long haul break to Europe from Australia.
