We love the location and have stayed at three hotels within walking distance of one another. It is just off the Yellow Route, and an easy drive to Silver Dollar City or to any of the shows. There is a Panera Bread next door, and a couple of good restaurants and miniature golf are within a block or two of here. The indoor pool and hot tub are maintained, and are on their own level, so sound from them is not an issue for those sleeping. The small laundry is reasonable and clean, and the workout room, though small, appears adequate for a workout while travelling. The continental breakfast is typical, and the service is good. The downfalls would perhaps be the view (mainly of the parking lot) and the pillows are not as fluffy as some. Also, please note that there is an outdoor pool at one of the buildings and the indoor is at the other one. Guests are free to use either (in season), but it may be inconvenient to walk from one building to the next to swim. Overall, it is a good value for the price. We came with my in-laws once, and we all were were pleased, and booked a return stay.

My daughter decided to pick me up in Memphis for Mother and Daughter get away. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. If you like Spas, check out: Spa Chateau (excellant, exquisite). My daughter treated me to a very nice massage and bath soak).

Location, clean rooms. Better continental breakfast choices. Volume onTV would not go low. Right in the middle of Branson. Great location and the price was good. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

We stayed one night at this hotel right off the strip. It is in a good location right behind 'Ride the Ducks.' The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the money, it is a good place to stay and I got everything I expected. We stayed in building one, I don't even believe building 2 was open, since it was off season. The continental breakfast is one of the best I have seen. It's much better than your normal continental breakfast. There was a big pot of oatmeal, waffles, french toast, canned fruit, and the normal cereals, pastries and things. I would recommend if you are looking for a basic place to stay.

Our check in was a late evening and as you can imagine we are all exhausted. Asked about the gym facilities for the next morning. The reply was ridiculus! That will be a charge of $3.00 per room each day you use the gym facilities. How crazy... never heard of that. The room was ok. As I went into the bathroom to take a shower I realized I had forgotten my shampoo. Gee, it was difficult to find any much less pay the fee they wanted for a little bottle of what should have been complimentary shampoo. Well, I finally got tucked into the bed. Surprise it was crazy. I could feel the buttons on the mattress and the bed was very low. The next morning I awakened to the sound of running water. I guess it was the rooms above us taking showers and the water could be heard in our room. We would have moved hotels if it hadn't been for the fact that my husband had gotten sick and was confined to the room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I guess the old saying is true: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Also there was not complimentary internet, but the near by Panera Bread saved us.

Close to the theaters, clean and accessible to everything. The hotel was clean and the staffwas nice.

I was dissappionted when we first got to the Hotel. The Delux room is very small and the beds are very hard. There was a horrible smell when you first walked into the room. When house keeping comes they take your dirty towels but they do not leave clean ones. You must call the front desk to request new towels. After a long day we wanted to relax in the hot tubs, but there were so many kids that were unattended that were running from hot tub to hot tub that we were never able to get in. However, with all of that said, the staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hostess during breakfast in bldg one is wonderful. If you stay at this hotel you really should meet her. If you are not planning on being in the room much and if you do not care about swimming then this would be a good hotel to stay at.

It was a clean facility. If you are in the second building, you have no internet access and have to walk outside all the way around to the other building. It was a very clean, and friendly hotel. It is good place to stay as long as you are in building 1.

I will absolutely consider staying here again. Very convenient to all the malls, Shows, Walmart, Grocery Store etc. Clean and nice size rooms for a hotel. Staff was A-1.

Nice hotel in a good location, only problem was that we could not get the door locks to let us in for the first 5 or 19 mins.

The room we stayed in was a bit small, but still a good deal for the cheap price and GREAT location. Room and pools were clean. Only down side was the slow elevators.

Loved the Jacuzzi, the staff was very friendly, the room was nice. No complimentary hygiene products, the shampoo/conditioner is a pump in the shower. We went to Branson for a short little romantic getaway. The rooms didn't look as outdated as the pictures made them look. The Jacuzzi was very nice and clean. We only had two big complaints. There was a pump in the shower that had a shampoo/conditioner mix but it wasn't very good. Other than that, the staff was very nice and accommodating and the bed and room was very comfortable.

Towels were fairly soft, not rough like other hotels. They had a workout room, however failed to tell us you needed to be 18 to use the room and there was a $3.00/day.

Location was perfect. The pool was too cold. We had a good time at the hotel, however the heated pool could not have been heated. It was so so cold. We did brave the cold and had fun. We experienced a few plumbing problems in our room but overall I think we had a great time.
