Overally the hotel is very nice and stylish, but additional services and mini-bar are quite expensive for Thailand. The hotel is clean, but in my case (staying in a smoking room) the carpet had some grime from sigarettes. A bed and pillows are great - very comfortable.

This is a new and very modern hotel with all the luxury appointments you would expect located in the most fashionable part of BKK. The rooms are modern and spacious with a modern-thai style decor. The club level is magnificent - with an expansive bar/lounge area, free computer/internet access (wifi is free throughout the hotel), afternoon tea, evening cocktails & snacks - plus the view is amazing! The hotel is close to the mono-rail station and only a few stops away from all the best sightseeing/shopping spots. A taxi from the airport takes about 30mins and should cost no more than 400TBH. The only area for improvement at this hotel would be the pool - which is only average sized. The biggest asset the hotel has, however, is the staff - who were always attentive, friendly and extremely professional and polite at all times. You will not find this level of service at any other capital city in asia - we certainly didnt. I would highly recommend this hotel - you will have no regrets.

Front desk was of great help to me in giving directions and telling me where to go and what to avoid.Spoke English very well and overall very friendly. Room service was great and very quick. Did not see the pool, spent most of my time running around town. Hotel was great and met all of my expectations. Good location and close to everything. Watch out for some taxi drivers.

Excellent in every way - good position in Bangkok for sky train and underground. Smiling and helpful staff and very comfortable and quiet rooms. We were on the club floor, which is a high floor, and the club lounge staff were charming and effiecient. Breakfast buffet one of the best I have had in a Bangkok hotel, and I have lived in Thailand for 10 years so visit Bangkok regularly. Grand Millenium Sukhumvit will be my choice of hotel now!

Great hotel with excellent rooms. No good place to sit and enjoy smoking a cigarr but that I assume is not essential to everyone :) Good service and all in all a very good hotel.

this is the place to be if you want to be pampered within an ince of your life, can't compliment this place enough, every aspect of hotel life is taken care of and surpassed with the extremly competent staff that are on hand for your every hearts desire... loved loved loved it,, breakfast is an assault on the senses in a great way, try the pancakes, their delectable..........X

This is a wonderful hptel to stay at. The staff were very helpful and the rooms are great. The bed was excetionally comfortable and the spa treatments were wonderful. Definetly a place I will return to every time I visit Bangkok.

Everthing you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Great facilities and excellent staff (laying back in the pool at night after a long flight in was fantastic! Excellent location on the airport side of the city and about a block from the interchange between the skyrail (to markets and shopping in around Siam) and the subway to to the night markets around Silom to the south. Only a short stay so didn't get a chance to try the restaraunts apart from the breakfact buffet (very good) but they have specialty nights including tapas and seafood that I would definitely try next time. Overall highly recommended and I would definitely stay again.

Cannot fault this wonderful new hotel. The entire building is immaculate. Rooms large and well equipped with large bathrooms, LCD tv with laptop connections and a big comfy bed. Staff were exceptional and ran outside the hotel to carry my shopping bags each afternoon. Even though I tipped they clearly weren't fishing for it. Close to the subway station, however you'll have to cross a busy road to get to the skytrain (which is easy enough). Will definatley be back

Awesome property, excellent service. Only thing is that the Swimming Pool is small other wise everything is just perfect. The breakfast they offer as a buffet is good too. The rooms are well designed to give you good sense of space and peace. The beds are very comfortable which is much needed after you have walked a lot within malls to shop around. Very well located on Sukhumvit Road just next to Sky train station at Asoke junction. I would recommend it to everyone. Have fun...

Concierge service very good and responsible, a bell boy nearly fell down when rushing to open door for us. Good security. The exchange rate in the hotel is very high, therefore the room rate will be high as well.

Great Jazz band on Saturday nights. Breakfast charge of USD 20 (about 700 baht) is very expensive compared to other hotels in Thailand and in the region. Totally NOT worth it!! A sandwich from 7 eleven next door costs less than 50 baht. 50% is given to hotel guests on spa use.
