Cleanliness could have been better. The wall and dishes were marked. For the price i would have expected more. Location fantastic. I love the docklands, great view. Overall layout of the apartment was nice.

When we complained that we found the 1st suite allocated too noisy, they quickly upgraded us to a quieter suite.

Overall was a great stay (for two nights). Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. We booked a one bedroom apartment and were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Generally it was clean however the bathroom floor still had some hair from the previous guests that needed to be swept and some of the dishes in the cupboards had not been washed properly. These issues were not a major inconvenience and we could easily fix them. I would recommend these apartments.
