The room was beautiful and super clean;bed very comfortable;the bathroom was huge, loved that it had a Ruth Chris Steakhouse.I didn't love that I couldn't use the refrigerator to store my own items-there would have been a chsrge and also charging for the internet-otherewise this would have been a 5 star review

It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. They charge extra for everything internet access, TV.

We recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt for three nights with our young daughter. Check-in was quick and easy. We were pleasantly suprised to see that the portable crib I had requested before arriving was already set up when we reached our room. The Emerald Suite was beautiful and spacious with great views of the Space Needle and Pike's market. The location was great and easy to walk to several local sights despite the snow that continued to fall during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be centrally located in the downtown area. The only downside was Ruth Chris' being the only "restaurant" available within the hotel, but several other options were available near by. A Starbuck's is on site as well. We will stay here again!

The room, in particular the bathroom was beautiful but we had to get shampoo, etc from the maid in the hallway. It would have been nice to have a bagel or donuts in the morning. Instead they wanted you to eat at Ruth Chris's Steakhouse which is very expensive.

We stayed for 7 days in the Grand Hyatt Seattle. We had a wonderfull stay and everyone in the Hotel was absolutely polite and we had the sense that that was not a put on. We would gladly stay at this hotel or any Hyatt in the future.

From check-in to check-out, my experience at the Hyatt Seattle was all that I could have hoped for. The hotel has a top notch staff from the professional front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and is in walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Finally, the bar at the hotel was wonderful with a good bartender and tasty apetizers.

The rooms were efficient but had very large bathrooms with separate shower and tub. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. Especially at the work desk.

The location of the Grand Hyatt is great! Very convenient to the Convention Center and shopping areas. Bus stops very close and a nice walk down to Pike Place Market and Monorail is only a couple of blocks away. Only complaints: No shop on premises for sundries, camera batteries, etc. Only reataurant on premises is Ruth Chris Steakhouse and while their breakfast was great, it is very expensive.

The Grand Hyatt is ideally situated in downtown Seattle and within walking distance to Pike Street and many other locations such as the art museum and sporting venues. Your description for the Grand Hyatt seems to be referring to the new Hyatt called Olive/8 which is a block away. Great spa and fitness center but smaller rooms and very modern and sterile looking. The Grand Hyatt also has a Starbucks attached to the hotel.

Clean, well decorated, comfortable, andbeautiful bath! Parking was expensive. Very pleasant room, luxury bathroom was a positive. Only complaint was the housekeeping dept was a bother. The checkout time was 12:00 pm housekeeping came by 3 times starting at 9:00 am inquiring when we were going to leave.

Great service! Good location and easy to get to on a shuttle from the airport. The rooms are comfortable. I love the new bedding! Beautiful marble entry and in the bathroom. HUGE shower and spa tub. The bathroom is a little dark for putting on makeup. I We ate in the restaurant (Ruth Chris Steakhouse) although it's $$$ it was delish! The workout area and spa/steam room/sauna are top rate and very clean! Room was very quiet and you have your own in room control for temps. Automatic room darkening curtains are a plus! We will for sure be back!

Used the concierge daily and received expert assistance. Interaction with all of the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless. The view breathtaking.

The view. The poisonous spider bite I received from the room. Besides the uncomfortness of the bite, our stay was quite pleasant, A little spooky, but pleasant.
