Very noisy room - humming air conditioning, thumping guest floor ab ove me,drilling by workmen, substandard furniture, dirty wing chair,art work hung in the wrong place behind the television if I was the artist I wouln't be happy.

We stayed in a Grand Suite on the 25th floor which was gorgeous and huge. We were eligible to use the Grand Club Lounge on the 31st floor for canapes & drinks and breakfast which was a great way to start & finish the day. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt.

Very good service however needs a bit of a facelift. Still has original tiles, basins, etc in bathrooms which look dated and a little tired.

Our room was very dusty. The tv connection was horrible, meaning it was fuzzy for the whole time there. Staff at reception were relatively nice, but could be much better.

The hotel itself was fantastic, very dissappointed with the hotel rooms though. They need an update and makeover desperately

Had a good overnight stay at this Hotel. Very professional staff. The only downside was that when we went to the top floor lounge a little after midnight for a drink they were closed for service even though it was advertised as being open till 1am.
