This hotel was great! Great location, really close to 16th street mall and i never had to use my car! I didnt go into the pool or fitness center while i was there but since everything else in the hotel was nice im sure those were too. The only thing is you have to pay to park your car.

Downtown location and work out room was very nice. No free internet, costly parking and AC in room didn't work. Overall, this hotel had a great location and nice lobby and work out room. The hotel was located in the downtown area, but was quiet.

We just returned from a very nice stay at the Grand Hyatt. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is tremendous with many of Denver's attractions well within walking distance. The fitness center was well appointed and spotless. The valet parking servcie was expensive but we never had to wait for the car. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Totally enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Denver. Great location in the heart of downtown Denver, attentive staff and the room had everything I needed.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was comfortable and quiet. The bed had a down comforter and my wife is allergic to down. They replaced the comforter with shandard bedding so that wasn't a problem, but it would have been nice to know prior to booking. We chose this hotel because of it's location, previous experiance with Hyatt, and because it had a pool and jacuzzi. We stayed for seven days and the jacuzzi wasn't working the entire time! They were "waiting for parts" I could have built them a new one in that amount of time. Very dissapointing. They offered to let us use the jacuzzi at the Regentcy about four blocks away, but taking a cab in your bathing suit and coming back wet just didn't sound that good. Also it would have been nice to know the hotel charges $26.00 a day for parking, that would have promted me to choose another hotel. All in all it was not a good experience at this Hyatt. I felt ripped off.

Location; staff; lobby; view. Uncomfortable bed; old hot tub and pool. Great location with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful view of the city.

Yes, I would stay again. However, as a Hyatt, one would expect more amenities. Maybe the reason Hyatt is successful is the charges for EVERYTHING. Wi-fi is not free... One would think a place like the Grand Hyatt would provide it free of charge. Nowhere is the cost of parking listed.Om line travel agency It should be included in the features of the hotel, The Grand Hyatt is two blocks north of the 16th Street pedestrian mall. Lots of stuff there, very convenient, though the majority of activities are 10-15 blocks west. The Grand Hyatt is at the eastern part of the LoDo and Business Districts. As such, it's location is good, not great. Right near a downtown fire station (can be noisy). The rooms are anything but noisy; whoever built this place gets kudos for noiseproofing. Valet parking is quick, efficient, and friendly. The same can be said of nearly all the staff.

We booked a last minute hotel and selected the Hyatt based on its location. We were surprised at every turn. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern AND ideally located. The services are great (lobby bar, lobby coffee shop, room service) and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The Convention Center is one block away and Pepsi Center is within walking distance. Wish we had been able to hit up the rooftop bar, which we heard was spectacular!!

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was located just a block and a half from the 16th Street Mall of shops, movie theater and dining. Starbucks was right outside the main entrance. Our room had a good view of the city. Unfortunately, noise from the hallway was easily heard inside room and the feather pillows were useless. Otherwise, I'd rate the hotel 5 stars.

Bedding; location. Rude front desk employee, very outdated, pool, spa and small lobby. Disappointed that this hotel appeared a bit run down. Pool and spa area had not been updated in 20+ years. Lobby was very small. The front desk staff was rude. The concierge was fantastic, and went above and beyond.

Never have I had a more enjoyable weekend break. The hotel was outstanding in all ways. The reservation was slightly incorrect but the hotel made it right immediately and all was well. I would highly recommend this hotel and will always stay here and only here for all my Denver weekends. Could not have asked for a more accomodating, polite, experienced staff from the valet who took care of my car, to the front desk person who was friendly and charming to the bellboy who took care of getting the rollaway bed and our luggage. The room was beautifully appointed, understated and elegant. Quiet and peaceful. The exercise room was great and the pool area beautifully maintained and clean. Overall a totally relaxing and amazingly wonderful stay. Do yourself and a close friend a favor and spend a get away weekend here. You will not forget it.

We got to the hotel early, but they let us check right in. Doorman, valet parking, front desk, bellman, room service were all friendly, helpful, and professional. Very clean and quiet room. Breakfast in the restaraunt was not so good, food was tasteless. Would highly reccomend checking this hotel out.

Decided to stay at the DT Grand Hyatt for the 4th of July. It turned out to be a fantastic night. the rooms were very clean, helpful staff, the hotel was right next to the 16th street mall and had a great view of the fire works. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location - close to lots of downtown attractions, including the 16th street walking mall. Great service offered by the valet (it's optional, and they don't pressure you). Bellboys available, but not pressured to use them. Hotel entrance is beautiful; there's a piano being played during the day at all times. Room was excellent; no complaints can be made. Shower was great. I would stay there again. I booked it in a package, so the rate was discounted. What a tremdous deal!
