My husband and I planned a 4th of July get away. Went to enjoy afternoon at the pool but to our surprise, there were no chairs or chaise lounges to be had. We asked for a folding chair and were told none were available. We could have stayed at our pool at home instead of sitting on the ground.

Great service. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a great view of stone mountain and this was a good location. We could walk to a couple of nice restaurants and a cool jazz bar. Room was spacious and staff very friendly. The beds were not very comfortable and we had to pay for internet service.

It was a great stay. The doormen set the pace with great customer service, beating you to the front door every time. Things were very clean. What I loved most was the Japanese garden.

The Japanese Garden, pool, exercise facility, and spacious room. No handicap parking. Self parking was $20 day. The drain in the tub was very slow. I discovered this while standing in ankle deep water while showering. Called O. Two maintenance workers came to snake the drain. No different the following day. I was absolutely shocked to learn there were no handicap parking spaces! Self parking was $20 per day and the parking deck was downhill over a block away.

The Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead was a great place to stay. Room was very clean and the bedding was great with their oversized pillows. The location was very good, it was really only a short walk to many excellent restaurants that are in the area.

Excellent room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The business center facilities were not consistent with the quality of the hotel, were overpriced and did not work. Exceptional hotel staff and facilities.

There was a wedding in the hotel the weekend I stayed. As luck would have it, several of the wedding party were on my floor. All night long beginning sometime after midnight, the wedding party was running up and down the hallways banging on doors, yelling, laughing. This went on intermittently until well after 4 a.m. We called the front desk to complain, and they assured us they were doing everything they could. The next morning, the hotel left a letter under our door apologizing for the incident and telling us the appropriate people had been warned. They did not comp our hotel room that night or adjust the price. All we got was a letter that was too little too late. Very disappointed about that.

Excellent location, clean, spacious. Nothing. This hotel was outstanding. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, and the amenities were outstanding. It was extremely clean and well maintained.

I've stayed at this hotel a total of three times. The rooms are nice and the ammenities rank up there with some of the finest hotels in the area. If there is anything that I thought that could be improved, it was some of the smaller details ... thick oversized towels or upgraded televisions. The hotel was built to be a luxery hotel and I would say that it still is. However, if it is going to remain so, management is going to have to look into the finer details. I would not have a problem staying at this hotel in the future, I just hope they can keep up with the competition in the area.

Great location, very nice rooms. Self parking garage not very convenient.

We stayed in the high end room so don't know about some of the negative comments I saw on the lower cost rooms. Our room came with free access to the Regency Club. Nice addition for snacks, food and drinks if you are trying to save a few bucks. Area is convenoent to Lenox square shopping center and many restaurants. Hotel has a van which will pickup and deliver within a 2 mile radius. Never waited more than 20 minutes to use it. Parking is 17 dollars a day if you self park in the garage next door or 24 dollaras if you use valet (plus tips). Interenet access is extra and expensive but it didn't matter to us since we didn't use it. Overall we were very pleased

The Grand Hyatt Atlanta was very comfortable. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good.

Staff was very friendly. Courtesy car also a major plus. Room was cramped-would not expect to pay for internet in a 4 star. The public areas of the hotel are very nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel offers a courtesy car with driver for anywhere in a 2 mile radius which was very nice as I don't know my way around the Buckhead Area. The room had no distinguishable features that made it a 4-star instead of a 3-star. Internet service is not free which is disappointing. Room feels cramped with furniture. Room was nice but I expected more from a 4-star. Overall happy with my stay.

Loved the location near restaurants you could walk to. Nice Pool! The smell of the deodorizer was overwhelming. My clothes smelt like the hotel after we returned home. We stayed here for a wedding. Location was great. Self parking was easy and close. Great breakfast place and several restaurant right next door. Beds very comfy. Did not like the way the room smelt but got used to it. Pool was very nice but did not swim.

Parking and wireless internet charges were too high. The hotel exceeded expectations.

The hotel has many facilities and eating options. Clean rooms and spacious. No attractive view. The hotel could have been design with more attractive outdoor spaces. The hotel is great as far as cleanliness and the room size and the amenities. They also have a car with a driver to transport you anywhere within 2 miles radius of the hotel. The quality of food is very good and it seems that they also have a good variety. I think the hotel could have been designed with a more attractive outdoor areas specially around the pool.
