Built in 1882/ the Vesuvio has always been the Neapolitan home for royals/ celebrities and politicians while visiting Naples. Among recent guests- Juan Carlos I King of Spain/ Rania of Jordan/ Luciano Pavarotti/ Bill Murray/ Woody Allen/ Claudia Schiffer/ Spike Lee/ Sofia Loren and Giorgio Armani.
Located on the sea front/ right in the heart of Naples/ with a gorgeous view of the Bay/ the Grand Hotel Vesuvio is only a few steps from the Royal Palace/ Piazza del Plebiscito and the San Carlo Theatre.
Within a walking distance from the most elegant shopping district/ it is just 5 minutes from Mergellina or Beverello port which leads to the islands of Capri and Ischia. Furthermore it is only 30 minutes from Capri and Amalfi Coast by way of the Hotels private cabin cruiser.

What are your breakfast options?: Our rates usually include buffet breakfast (unless you reserve an Only room rate which would implicate a daily supplement of E. 30.00 per person for the breakfast) which is served in our Sala Puccini on the first floor of our hotel, and is characterized by a large range of products.
What transport is available to get around?: In Naples, unfortunately public transports are not so good; however, we could arrange private transfers and excursions of any kind.
Do you have internet?: We do have Internet in all the rooms of the hotel; our guests can choose between three different tariff plans: 30 minutes at E.3.00, 8 hours at E. 10.00, the whole stay at E. 30.00. The time at disposal does not have to be necessarily continued, but on the contrary, can be fractioned logging out from one's own password.
