What are your breakfast options?: When staying in our Premier or Economy rooms, we provide a complimentary Continental breakfast; this is available in our restaurant, the Great Kiwi Ale House, from 8:00am to 10:00am. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and we provide an excellent range of Kiwi (New Zealand) cuisine.
What transport is available to get around?: There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport into town. Some of the tourist attractions have their own transport or we can arrange the transport.
What can I do nearby?: There is a bar within the restaurant and they supply some very tasty New Zealand beers. Some of the attractions/activities that are in walking distance to the hotel are Rotorua Museum, Polynesian Spa, Duck Tours, Mokoia Island, Rotorua Lake Front and Kuirau Park. We are located right in town so there are plenty of stores for people who like to shop.
Do you have internet?: We provide cabled internet in our Premier rooms and a wireless hot spot in the reception area. Prices are: 30 minutes at $3, 1 hour at $5 and 2 hours at $8.
Do you provide parking?: We have free parking on the property for guests.
