had a great time here. was upgraded to a king/jacuzzi room which was very spacious for 2 adults/2 children. pool and brand new playground are fantastic. very close to lots of activities,restaurants, storyland, and shopping. room was clean when we got there, but we never got clean towels, etc the next day, even though we were gone all day. wasn't a big deal though, would definitely recommend this hotel!

We booked a junior suite with a jacuzzi. We are still looking for the suite. This is a one-room deal and not a very appealing one. The jacuzzi is loud enough to cause a killer headache and you have to start filling the tub the night before.... The bathroom is tiny - and located right next to the bed. Not good if someone gets up in the middle of the night. There is no desk with chair for your laptop. The room is too dark. The television is very small and located at the other end of the room. We should have brought our binoculars so we could lie in bed and see the television. The couch is not positioned in front of the television. Cookies and hot chocolate and cider are in the lobby from 4-6 in the afternoon. They tasted like Chips Ahoy. We paid very big bucks and this is a HUGE disappointment. The room, in general, is extremely dowdy.

the hotel was great clean easy to check in and out and close to everything we were looking for to do ., for the couple of days we were there.

Should be advertised as a "family hotel". Children were banging doors, crying and yelling in the halls very early each morning. They were also swimming in the hot tubs. Other problem is that rooms aren't ready at check-in time and you are asked to wait 20 more minutes over and over again (along with other guests). We booked this particular hotel because it had a restaurant and tavern. That way if it rained all weekend we wouldn't have to go anywhere. We went to the tavern the first night to have a drink and watch the Red Sox game but it was filled with families with small children and lots of commotion and noise so we left after our first drink. The next morning we were going to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant but when we peaked in we realized it would be the same way. Definitely a family hotel - wish we had known before we booked it. :o(

While the list of amenities were great, the condition was less that appealing. In both the indoor and outdoor pools, the water was cloudy, dirty looking. The hotel room was just as bad...I paid a first class rate and got a second class room! The furniture was worn looking. The bed was so so....not the most comfortable. Curtains where from the 80's I think! The room was drab! The stay was more enjoyable outside of the hotel... very disappointed!

The location was great and the amenities were wonderful. I traveled with my husband and 3 children and we were all very pleased. Something to do for everyone without getting in our car.

We originally had reservations for another hotelbut were extremely disappointed and this hotel was able to accommodate us. Our niece was with us & they had activities for the children. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, dinner was great and drinks at the bar were fantastic! It was close to the shops and the rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly. I wish they had a spa on site. We went back to the other hotel cause of previously made appointment, but we were disappointed with their service. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for just about anybody!

We were not completely satisfied with our room. We were given a handicapped accessible room. There was only one chair in the room. In addition, the shower drain was not working well and we had to turn the shower off before completion because the water was beginning to run out onto the floor.

Very convient to area attractions we planed to visit. Upon check in we had 2 rooms & only recieved keys to 1 room. It took 10 min for them to bring up the other key. The hotel was very lovely staff at the desk on check in & check out not very plesant.

christmas shopping getaway nearby shops great-relaxing hot tub after shopping all day wonderful -2nd year in a row getaway and will do it again next year

I stayed because I wanted a break from phones ringing and responsibility and stress. Room service closed early and there were several screaming families at the hotel. The next morning I heard knocking at the door while I was sleeping. I was still pretty groggy from sleeping. I was trying to get out of bed when my door opened and a foreign housekeeper waltzed into the room before I could get to the door. When she saw me, she jumped (so did I). She said I sorry and left. This was several hours before check-out. About an hour later she banged on the door again. I called the front desk and let them know I was not happy. They said they would take care of me. She banged on the door again an hour later. I went to check-out an let them know what had happened. The check out attendant asked me if I had breakfast. I told her I had already eaten. She said Oh, because I would've offered you a free breakfast. That was it. No apologiews, no trying to make it better. NOthing. I would not recommend this hotel to future travellers.

In room jacuzzi upgrade was affordable and worth every cent! No pool bar. Perfect location, great amenities, romantic in room jacuzzi rooms. Perfect romantic escape destination in close proximity to outlets!

The desk clerk made some nice gestures of free breakfast, and a free drink, and was very apologetic. The room we got was comfortable, with a good size bathroom. The bed was a little soft to my liking. Breakfast which is buffet style, was very good.
