Location Nearest airport: Milan Malpensa Apt Nearest train station: Verbania Pallanza - 7km Nearest bus station: 1km Directions: If you are arriving from Milan, take highway A8 Varese-Laghi. Follow the signs for Varese until you reach the point (near Gallarate and Malpensa Airport) where the highway divides into two directions: Verese on the right and Gravellona-Toce straight ahead. You must follow the signs for Gravellona-Toce. You will then automatically fall onto highway A26. Exit at Baveno and follow the signs for Verbania. You will reach a large roundabout where you must turn right. Follow the signs for Verbania-Intra-Villa Taranto and keep going straight until the lake is actually in front of you. Turn right and you will pass in front of the famous botanical gardens of Villa Taranto. Proceed along the lake shore for about one kilometre until you see the hotel on the left side of the road.
