(Financial Times). The Grand Hotel Elba International is where the land meets the sea. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean flora, the Hotel dominates the Bay of Naregno. Like a sentry facing out towards the blue horizon, each day it greets the rising sun with its retinue of colours. Easily reached from the island's main transport hubs, it lies a few hundred metres from the hamlets of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. The splendid harmony of Nature is first to greet guests on their arrival. Where can we dine?: Our half-board includes a very large important breakfast buffet European style, (Le Grand Bonjour) and dinner served at the restaurant "Le Agavi" with a-la-carte menu offering typical Italian and local dishes - Mediterranean style (two "hors d'ouvre", five first dishes, five second dishes, Mediterranean gluttony buffet, salad buffet, cheese buffet, pastry buffet, ice cream buffet).

Lunch time: swimming pools bar, garden-hall bar, beach bar - they serve easy meals, cold or warm all the lunch time long.

At the private beach the little restaurant "Il Pirata" - from 13,00 till 15,00.

If you are in B&B accommodation, you may use our principal restaurant "Le Agavi". We charge €30.00 for a full dinner starting from "hors d'ouvre" to the dessert. Menu a-la-carte. We made a fixed price as we cannot control, we do not want to control the buffet area which is very rich and free for all guest. Fixed price €30.00 and you may have everything on the menu. (Mediterranean style, Toscana style, Italian style).
What can I do nearby?: We are just in front of Porto Azzurro which can be reached by car (5km) or by taxi-boat (€6.00 per person, the two ways, very cheap and easy to use. Just ask to the reception for a taxi boat and in few minutes from our private beach you reach Porto Azzurro).

To Capoliveri (1.800m) by your own car or by bus (1.50€). In Porto Azzurro and Capolivery are two delicious Mediterranean little places, all shops, restaurants, etc.
