It was your average run of the mill hotel room. Our room was clean and tidy. The pool area is the best quality. There were a few corks though. The room must not have been used lately because when we first got there it was very musty smelling but that cleared out by the second day. The tv remote only changed channels in the downward direction, every button on the remote turned the channel including the volume button. On a good note the air conditioning was outstanding matter of fact i had to turn it off several times because it got too cold. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was a tad bit tricky to find at first as the road signs are very inconsitant in the area. There a several eateries in area as well all had very good food and excellent service. They do offer room service at the hotel but we did not use it so i cant rate it correctly but many others in the hotel used it alot as to the number of service trays outside of rooms. The lobby has many attraction flyers along with local dinning menus and directions.

The bath tub was clogged so the drain was removed and left on the side of the tub for three days. The beds were so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a blacktop road. The room was far from clean. The first night we had two rolls of toilet paper with about 15 sheets on each. No replacement rolls. The bar was supposed to have happy hour from 4 - 7 and didn't even open till five. Happy hour prices were limited to a very few items. Overall this was one of the worst hotel experiences in my life.

This is the worst hotel stay I have had in a long time. from A/C that never worked to a broken hot tub that was empty to poor response to computer and room issues it was bad all the way around

this hotel is the perfect location for phillies fans. it is literally 847 ft (theres a sign that measures the distance) to the carpenter complex (where the phillies hold spring training and their single A team plays). the room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable thanks to the sleep number mattress settings. there is plenty of restuarants and stores around the hotel in walking distance. would defiantly come back.

Proximity to where I needed to be. Old, out-dated look of everything in the rooms. Rooms were dull and out-dated. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when a drain line in our suite busted.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep at night, this is an okay hotel, but if you want a shower that works, a toilet that doesn't run all night, and the basics you find in most hotels these days, just go across the street. The Good: The pool area was large, and open, and the hot tub was great. The location is good. It is right off Highway 19, near exits for Clearwater beaches. It is about 15 minutes from the beach in traffic. It is also right across the street from Lenny's--you HAVE to eat there. Hotel staff was helpful, if a bit clueless. The Bad: The restaurant staff was surly at best. The kiddie pool looked like it was full of moss. The sauna was broken. The Ugly: The bathtub was gross, and it backed up quickly, taking forever to drain. Our phone didn't work, and when it was fixed, we were left with the working phone and the leftovers of the repair, plus the nonworking phone. Our secondary door lock was broken. The remote for the television was missing, and when it was replaced, the television didn't work. I discovered that it was unplugged, and then had to jimmy it to make it reach the nearest outlet. The vanity outlet was cracked and shifty, and when plugging in an appliance, it would short the vanity light.

i arrived the front desk person mary was very nice, she gave me a key, when i opened my room, it was filthy , tv did not work, beds were not working probably since they were supposed to be the beds with the sleep by numbers. There was things on the curtain. I was traveling with 5 people and not enought room, so i called the front desk and told mary and she gave me another room, again alittle cleanier but not really and the door did not work, the pool was dirty, no jacuzzi, the soda machine took your money. I was going there because I am looking for a home in Florida, after this experience, I would never recommend a Radisson Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let us use a local health club - very nice. The keys were a joke. We had to have our keys changed 5-6 times. It was an inconvenience when you came back with dinner and you had to go to the front desk to let you in. I love a cold dinner. The night audit person had a personality like a rock, when we had questions, she had an attitude like we were bothering her.

Radisson hotel was a decent place to stay. We had a suite with King Bed. Bed was very comfortable (sleep number) and room was clean. Extra room provided by suite was helpful. We had excellent view of pool. Cost was very reasonable. I would recommend.

The staff was friendly, otherwise, it was horrible. The room was very dirty and poor location. The hotel was not worth the money. The room was so poor that we checked out the same day and stayed at somewhere else.

When we arrived the front desk acted as if we were burdening them by coming. The room had a funny mildewy smell. No one came to clean our room until 5pm, and that was after we called. The front desk acted as if we were making it up. The room itself was decent.

This hotel is located only about 7 minutes from Clearwater Beach to the west,only 1/2 mile from the Phillies Spring Training fields and about 15 minutes from Tampa. It's a beautiful drive across the causeway into Tampa. Gotta eat breakfast at Lenny's across the road! great food and atmosphere. The desk managers at this hotel were great! They even printed off our airline tickets for our return home flight! There wasn't any literature in the room about the hotel and area, thought that could be a plus they should add. The eating area is in a bar, great food but some might not like the atmosphere. But no surprise "extra" charges, everything we paid for our trip thru an online travel site covered everything. Every where we wnet everyone was very nice! The beaches are very crowded and parking is a real pain! We attended a Spring training game and the stadium is was great! We attended the PGA Transitions tournament. The course was in great shape and all the volunteers and PGA personell were very friendly and helpful. We will go to Clearwater again and this hotel will be where we stay.....Just need a few more ST Louis Cardinal fans staying there! lol...

Nice comfortable room. Bed linens weren't clean the first night, bathtub drain wasn't working correctly. I really enjoyed the stay. We in a private part of the hotel with no neighbors. The bed linens weren't exactly clean the first night so we had to complain, the bathtub didn't drain correctly. Because of this, it was only a nice experience.

"The manager who checked us (and others checking in at the same time) was less than friendly. I did not feel welcome at all. We got in a little early and she told us we could not check in until after 3 - it was not a kind instruction... it was emphatic! At check out she was there again and rude to another visitor. Rooms were adequate but nothing special. I was disappointed as I have stayed at Radisson's before and found them very accomodating. I thought the price was high for less than 24 hours in this average establishment. If I am in Clearwater again, I will stay elsewhere."
