Overview:
One of the hottest locations in all of Berlin is in the Ku’Damm area; here guests enjoy shopping, dining and some of the most famous sights in the city. very conviniently located, very poor service personell at reception and tiny rooms!We are regularly making use of this hotel due to its excellent location for access to public transport (metro, regional train service) and vicinity to Kurfürstendamm area with its shopping, restaurants, pubs, theaters etc all in short walking distance.The hotel infrastructure however is conservative and out-dated. The rooms to the street side are noisy. All rooms seem to be extremely cramped, there is hardly space for a reasonable sized suit case.Cost to service ratio is lousy!

Good location for shopping and walking tours from the zoo station. Staff very helpful and the hot buffet breakfast is excellent. The bar is very pricey at 12.60 euros for a pint and a glass of wine!! Go left out of the main doors down to the corner to the filmbuhne where you will get good food and drink at a very resonable price. We would stay at this hotel again, but not on the top floor as the air con is a bit noisy! but didn't stop us from sleeping.

The hotel was extremely disappointing for a four star hotel.... the rooms were small and not well appointed ... the mattress bases were bare with no frill on them, no toiletries were provided .. on request they were "out", extremely cheap finishes in bathrooms.Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was very good.

Great for a quick stop over in BerlinA nice hotel, located in the west-centre of Berlin with very nice and helpful staff. Particularly the lobby is very nice to chill out late in the eve. The rooms are good, yet one would expect some overall refurb in the nearer future. still, everything is clean and everything works!

Well-situated hotel only a walk away from the Zoo metro-station. The breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms are quite nice and clean. The staff is helpful.

Good location, nice area. Friendly staff. Been here twice and both times noise from other rooms was enough to wake me early in morning as people were getting up.

This is a pleasant hotel although a little dated as the decor was very 80's. The staff where extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was great value and the staff excellent in every way but the breakfast was a made scramble (lots of coach parties at weekends).

The meal on the first night was delivered timely and tasted delicious. The second evening involved a long delay and failure to deliver my starter at all. It was a complete sham

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable, although like many large city hotels, is somewhat impersonal. Breakfast is very good. ,There was not enough tea and coffee on our hospitality tray and it was not replenished on the second day, although I suspect this was an oversight. We got gummi bears on our pillow, which was a nice touch. For us, one of the big advantages of this hotel is it's location. Although it is at the western end of the centre, it is very conveniently located for the Zoo station for bus, train and tube travel to all parts of the city and beyond.

Good location, not far from train station and major bus stop. Expensive parking, Staff was nice the first day, but afterwards they were of little value.
