We booked this trip at the very last minute and was pleased that Orbitz was able to "guarantee" our room. As a first-time customer to this location, the directional access of the hotel registration was disappointing. The staff was very nice and friendly and were wonderful to make accomodation alternatives for our family. However, the housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to the room between guest as there was a 1/2 pot and 1/2 cup of coffee left out from the prior guest. We only stayed one night, but the room was very nice and we would have enjoyed a longer stay.

The staff was very helpful when you needed some assistance, but were not always "in front of you".. If you needed some help or information, just ask. The covered self parking was ample and the valet parking seemed to be working fine (we used the self parking). Access into and out of the hotel from the parking garage is very easy. we will return later this year.

Front desk staff members were friendly and efficient. The room was nice, especially since we got a deal online! The pool was very nice for kids--one end slopes gradually into the pool so my 3 yo had a blast in the shallow end. They have a parking garage attached to the hotel. Felt very safe. The "shopping across the bridge" mentioned by an earlier poster is no longer there--it appears they are building another hotel on that side of the road. If you want to access the internet, it will cost you nearly $12/day. Beach across the street was not much to look at. Buffet at the hotel was ~$16 per person, no discount for kids, so we ate at another buffet in Biloxi.

Had a good stay for my one night there... Room was very nice. Only draw back i found was NOWHERE on thier web site or anywhere does it mention that wireless internet is a surcharge of $11.50. Web site says hotel offers wireless but it should be more clear as to the surcharge.

This was a lovely hotel, the rooms were modern and well designed, the beds were super comfy!! We really enjoyed the casino, and it seemed like the slots were really hitting. It is a nice location right on the water. We ate at the lounge bar and the food was very good. We went to the spa for a massage and it was above the norm. Would definately recommend this hotel, especially for the price. The only downside was there was no Concierge. I would have liked some additional information on the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very nice with a wonderful view of The Gulf and pool. The steaks at LB's are outstanding. The buffet is nothing special but good enough. There is a Starbucks in the lobby as well. All the service personel were wonderful. Never have I met a nicer group of employees. Good job Harrah's. Keep it up!!!

Took the Biloxi train tour (told about what used to be there), casino hopper bus to other casinos (convenient) and beachway trolly to Gulfport. Katrina still has made a large impact on the area.

This hotel was well received by our party. The rooms were modern and clean - well appointed. Service was friendly. Valet was very helpful and the bellmen were exceptionally nice and offered to do anything to assist us.

Biloxi is still in bad shape but the Biloxi Grand Hotel and Casino is back at 100%. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and professional. Service was great, the food was great and the Casino was very nice.

We moved to the Grand Casino when our other hotel turned out to be a dump. I made the reservation at the last minute and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is right next to the water. With comfortable beds and a flat screen tv, our room was well worth $99. We ate at the buffet in the casino, and it was definitely worth the money. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and complimentary valet parking. The only negative I saw with this hotel was the smoke smell from the casino. The smell was strong in the lobby, but it did not travel upstairs or in our room.

The hotel was fine and what I expected. The price was very reasonable. There was a long line for check-in and although there were four employees working behind the counter, only one was checking people in. When I finally got check-in service, the hotel had not received my reservation and the reservation code that Orbitz gave me was not compatible with their system.

Awful weather and fees for every activity except the outdoor pool (e.g. - sauna, health/fitness area) limited our experiences. The location is very good, and there was a lot of casino activity. Problems: "seal" on window was not tight and the whipping/whistling of the wind really made it difficult to rest in the room. Ambience and lighting in the buffet dining area reminded me most of a hospital cafeteria table area.

Nice location across the street from beach, close to bridge to Ocean Springs which is good for jogging. The room was clean and new looking. Check-in took 1/2 hour. only had 2 people behind desk and a long line. I was there for almost 2 weeks and they put me in a room overlooking the parking lot on the fifth floor. The cafe was not very good. Very slow. The bar was also very slow, did not see my server very often and the food was not the greatest.
